Integration of the program with the corporate culture and integrity of the employees is what creates a successful organization in attaining its goals and objectives. The following steps outline various steps vital to embedding positive values in an organizations culture using the organization's compliance program.

The first step to assimilating moral integrity within the compliance program of an organization entails communicating the moral values and commitments that must be adhered to by all members of the organization. This phase entails making the values to be understood by the employees through cultural assessment. The assessment involves determining the employee's opinions towards the organizations' culture (Stanwick and Stanwick D, 2015). Existing gaps between the organization's current compliance program about ethical standards established and organization are also determined at this stage.

The second phase entails a commitment by the management is upholding, and their actions aim at upholding values in the cooperate culture (Stanwick and Stanwick D, 2015). The current compliance program is reviewed, and areas within the program that should be revised are identified. An investigation of the structure of reporting by the employees and methods through which communication is passed from one level to another throughout the compliance program is analyzed to ensure values to be embedded with the compliance program are adhered.

Thirdly moral guidelines are in cooperated with the decisions and values made by the managers (Stanwick and Stanwick D, 2015). Managers' choices regarding the actions of employees and use of resources towards attaining the vision or mission of the organization should coincide with the ethical values purported by the organization. The guiding values must be reflected in the day to day decisions by the managers for the subordinates also to integrate these values in their actions. The ethical policies also being implemented by the managers are evaluated to determine whether they satisfy the moral vision of the organization or not.

The next step entails establishing if the company's information system supports the compliance program and values to be integrated into the program (Stanwick and Stanwick D, 2015). The communication strategy of the program established at the second phase is reviewed. Existing gaps within the implementation program of the communication strategy are also identified and necessary action to enhance the smooth transition of the program within the organization's culture established.

The final step towards embedding positive ethical values within the culture of an organization entails establishing the appropriate skills, knowledge, and capabilities to pass down ethical values by the lower level manager of the organization. For the moral values to be accepted by the subordinates managers and supervisors close to the employees must be the link between the organization's main administration and its subordinates. A self-assessment of the lower managers can be developed to enable an understanding of how well the managers can carry out their respective roles in realizing the organization's moral vision. Misinformation is also curbed at this phase.

Organizations that employ the use of moral principles in building their compliance programs are at a better position of creating a code of conduct that can help in utilizing employees' full potential. The necessary moral behavior enhances the effectiveness of an organization since it does not only consider the observation of rules but the willingness of the employees to follow the rules.
