Introduction
The DNA of our service excellence is aligning our business structure to meet the customers' needs. Our business is mobile to ensure we do not limit our customers. We take services to them rather than them coming to us. Our customer services are not limited to the cost of breakdowns. For instance, if the equipment fails while going to perform in an event, we ensure we deliver at all cost. We can hire equipment from other companies, although we might end up marking no money. But our customers would not know our equipment failed. Although in such an instance, the company might not earn anything, the customers will end up satisfied. The circumstance does not limit us from delivering to our customers.
Customers have different opinions about everything which include services (Berkovi, 2016). But, my customers see me as a friend. I take time to understand their needs which helps me predict their next order. For instance, if I get a contract at a wedding ceremony, I know those people will need my service again during their anniversary, and so I keep in touch. I know they see me as a friend because trustworthiness is part of friendship. All my customers trust my business as a valuable asset to them for they refer others who might need our company's services.
The decision of a customer to purchase products or services depends on customer service experience (Ji-fan Ren et al., 2017). Thus, the customer should take the center position in the business framework. For instance, in our case, everything is done to satisfy our customers' needs. We have created a conducive service environment for the customers and timely service delivery with processes that work with our customers' budget and time. The critical brand differentiator is the customers' experience. Hence, we ensure our customers get the best services, and in case of a suggestion, we adjust to match their expectation. Moreover, technology has changed how people conduct business. Most of the customers depend on the reviews posted online by other customers to a purchase service. Therefore, we have created an online platform where our customers find us easily.
There are countless opportunities for a mobile DJ. One of the openings is institutional events in places such as schools. For instance, during graduation parties, people require a mobile DJ to play and also in school dances. Other opportunities include government events, especially during campaigns and public holidays. A mobile DJ can play in casinos, lounges, night club and residential places. Moreover, people often host parties in their residential such as anniversaries and birthday parties where they require a one-time DJ to play in such an event. These are some of the opportunities our company is targeting.
Conclusion
In conclusion, every business should align its structure to meet the customers' needs. Once a business starts delivering services or products to consumers should not have limitation. The organizers must always find ways to provide satisfying services regardless of the situation. On the other hand, customers have different opinions about everything which include the services a DJ offers. But, a service provider should ensure they have a great relationship with the customers. Moreover, since the decision of a consumer to purchase a service depends on customer service experience, customers should be at the center of the framework. Additionally, in every business customers are always right and service providers should work towards giving the best.
