Researchers have presented many suggestions for young adult returnees to address the issues and find solutions. They suggest that these youths redefine their roles and expectations to achieve proper launch and continue supporting themselves (Burn & Szoeke, 2016). This suggestion is important to consider because it helps youths gain the confidence to move forward, give room for mistakes, and provide solutions for the causes rather than the symptoms. Youths must understand their stage of life and the changes that have happened and set their expectations to reflect their abilities and capacity to achieve a given objective. Secondly, they suggest that youths should build reliable support (Burn & Szoeke, 2016). No one is an island, and every family has problems to solve and responsibilities to address. The youths need to have a support system that can provide guidance and support whenever needed.
