Contents of moral obligation and legal acknowledgment of same-sex marriage have been a common question running minds of different philosophers to research about. Feminist philosophers have linked marriage with the existing women's oppression thus subjecting to numerous divorces in our current society. This has also raised the topic of decision making and various considerations before marriage to establish a central topic to justify justice and success in marriages and blending of the divorced. In this paper, we are going to discuss the fundamental thought of marriage and divorce, ethical positions in marriage which should advocate whether marriage should be contractual between couples for sake of marriage and issue about the same-sex marriage. In the paper, we also going to summarize the findings from the above stated mental health questions.

Most people desire to marry early to develop a household and sire children. One of the curious mysteries in the process of these early marriages is that the young couples don't have information on the act of getting married. Different societies have different opinions why they divorce. The civic responsibility to run the family comfortably and grow wealth to be inherited by their heir develops a burden on couples. Upon entering the marriage there is a limited freedom which imprisons the couples and limits their enjoyment which mostly subjects to divorce. People's opinion towards a choice of a spouse also leads to divorce due to the act of neglecting from parents and their society. Despite the fact that couples want to keep marriage as long as possible the above factors subject to divorce.

In most cases, after marriage, the burden to offset bills has shifted to man spouse which has made them perceive marriage as a liability rather something divine to treasure. To overcome such crisis couples should table up all bills upon then. They should set up a joint account to offset bills. They should also develop old age saving account to help them achieve long-term goals and avoid suffering which will make them complain to each other. Finally, couples should set aside money to make fun which keeps their love burning not reducing.

According to various agencies of human rights and biblical context, marriage is not just as a label among people in a relationship but rather a fruitful union, that really unique in nature and able to support procreation which is only possible between men and woman. It is impossible for people of the same sex to reproduce which can't deny the reality of marriage. Therefore it is intrinsically impossible for people of same sex to marry and reproduce that's why they are denied the just right to marry by relevant authorities and even biblically.
Most people have pushed reforms to adjust the current marriage setting as others have debated its abolishment. Mostly marriage is inherently structured and run by existing norms that's why there are high cases of divorce and separation. On such a school of thought, there is needed to reshape our perspective on it and change the pattern of choice when marrying.
