Introduction
A luxury car firm is a middle-level organization that is comprised of 20 employees with over 1500 cars in the showroom. However, with the average sales of 200 vehicles per week, this number is, however, therefore half the approximated number of visitors the company receives. The luxury car sales welcome over 450 visitors per week. The car company, therefore, is looking forward to improving its sales level in the market. The luxury car company has set its goal of doubling its current sales level they make in the market. There are certain things that Luxury car sales companies need to incorporate in order to develop an active and stable sales level in the country. A luxury car sales company will be in a position to improve the product design solution, validate the problem, and lastly, implement the solution found in the product.
As a salesperson in the market, product design plays an essential role in attracting customers who are able to purchase the product in the market. However, in order to improve the sales level of the organization, Luxury car sales will be able to improve its car designs. One of the methods of enhancing car designs is through using a multifunctional design team. The design teams' individuals comprise marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and purchasers (Ramita 22). Luxury car sales will use the following departments in order to reach out to all customers in the market. The second process is through employing marketing design decisions in the market (Ramita 24). The design decisions may reduce the cost and time that is set in overlapping in the concurrent product in the market. Luxury car sales also should create a manufacturing and assembly design that will focus on the process of creating the product in the market. The design of the product will ensure that the product is able to minimize the parts of the product, using quality products, simplify assembly, and to create a robust product (Ramita 24).
The second procedure, the Luxury car sales company will take is to validate its car products to make a few initial sales. The validation process will attract the customers in purchasing the car product and issuing cash to the motor of their choice. The validation process by the Luxury car sales will also improve the company's competitive analysis position in mitigating and building confidence in the specific product in the market. Luxury car sales companies will also be able to analyze market demands and understanding their competitor's standards in the market (Ramita 25). The company can use Google trends and searches to measure the level of sales in the market structure.
Luxury car sales companies should implement the following designs and validation processes in their product. Multifunctional design teams that are able to develop the product outlook in the market. Starting of a crowdfunding campaign will help the company in analyzing whether demand in the customers (Ramita 23). Crowdfunding allows the product to be effectively marketable to the customers. Luxury car sales will use the following departments in order to reach out to all customers in the market. The second process is through employing marketing design decisions in the market. Direct meeting with the customers in persons while enlightening them on the product will assist in implementing the product in the market.
