Beigel Bake
Beigel bake has its roots to the early Jewish community of London with their famous smoked salmon bagel and salt beef sandwich on high demand. The population eventually migrated to the north, but the shops remained as Beigel bake one of the last relics to a different time. It is open twenty-four hours a day with its most brilliant dish as the beef or the salmon with cheese or bagels. Over the years the beigel bake menu has remained relatively constant with the most significant change being the taste of the clientele. They evolved from pickles and cheese during the sixties to the now much preferred salted beef.
