Unfortunately, assisted deaths, abortion, and death penalties have become a topic of discussions since religious norms, and human rights relate them to murder. For example, Sullivan (2016), indicates that after the fusion of Human Rights Act into the UK Laws, the government revoked death penalties, but implemented positive impacts of protecting life and analyzing and evaluating deaths that occur when humans are in their custody. Contrarily, Adalje (2013), hypothetically indicates that individual sovereignty is the root to human being's right to life and freedom; thus, giving them the rights to decide to live according to various anticipated conditions. In other words, it gives them the opportunity to seek for assisted death if their conditions are incurable and enhance chronic pain, but in most cases, the people assisting in these actions are normally arrested and detained. Even though such practices have occurred and the law has intervened, it will be appropriate to conclude that the Human Rights Act is leading in defending the rights of people to life by condemning abortion, death penalty, and assisted death.
