Labor unionization is the process by which there is the creation of labor unions responsible for the linkage between the business and employees working in the same workplace. Unionization remains to be a sector that gives the workers the power for negotiation for the favorable conditions for working. The collective bargaining continues to be the best technique used in realizing of employees benefits in various workplaces. For me, I agree with unionization in organizations to take effect on the different percepts since it provides the workers with the privilege to bargain and discuss the issues affecting them in the jobs. The main reason for my support on unionization in organizations is on the creation of power for the enforcement of rights to protect and bargain on the affairs in distinctive workplaces. When hired in another job I will prefer to join the union of workers since it gives out various advantages to the rights and issues of all employees. The interest in joining the unions is supported by the facts of having the organization responsible for different percepts to give clear illustrations for the work rules and regulations. The unions help in discussing issues directly with the government and the employers on the issue relating to the workers.

The freedom of speech in different workplaces is perceived to be challenging to be attainable at the current status of various workplaces. The employee's safety and health issues are not well addressed thus getting to be treated well are difficult. For me, freedom of speech remains difficult to be applied in organizations. Workplace bullying arises when the employer violates the rights and liberties of employees in workplaces. The lack of moral ethics in the workplace lead into bullying which is treated as the worst thing to do as far as job status quo is related in the current workplace world. The NFL players should not be allowed to protest since it remains not the best alternative in handling issues in the workplace. The NFL players continue to address problems related to employees, but they should do it by following the right procedure for consultation with proper authorities to avoid disagreements and confrontations in workplaces. Thus it remains not to get there for the NFL players to protest on the violations of our rights. The nose ring is not allowed in the workplace since it portrays different aspects of workers in an organization. For the corporate receptionist, the nose ring remains to be disallowed since on the rules and accord of the organization it is prohibited. They are not permitted because they are personal effects thus not about job specifications as far as the jobs are concerned. The situation of nose rings in workplaces should be avoided by placement of strict rules and regulations on the employees got to evade their responsibilities. Therefore, it remains that the wear of nose rings continue to be prohibited in workplaces and thus the employees should follow the rules to the later to avoid misconduct with the workplace organizations.

Question 3

Organization culture is the reflection of beliefs, values, and behaviors taken to be typical in an organization. There are different elements of organizational culture, and they majorly compose of organizational values, norms, and beliefs. Firstly, organization value is the feeling of significance, and they are usually of core values that improve on the various importance. Secondly, an organizational norm reflects on the accepted and typical behaviors of any given firm. Thirdly, is on organizational beliefs which are taken to the best ways of achieving job motivation and an increase in production. The HINDER vs. ENHANCE employee performance is taking center stage in the current v21st century thus giving motivation on the performance of employees. For performance to be attained there should be offered for training, placement of roles, work, and task specifications, and frequent discussions on engagement issues. As the leaders there are different strategies that need to be taken for the enhancement of performance for instance increase of engagement on strategic priorities, build of a team for the engaged employees, and the use of proper survey employee engagements.

The leaders remain to be the chief actors in providing organization culture. The performance and enhancement are taken to be done and performed adequately by leaders since they offer different views on organization culture. Culture organization on the execution of various elements of values, norms, and beliefs remain to be used by leaders of the organization to give out the right performance on production and motivation of employees.
