Introduction

Therefore since prime service delivery entirely consists of dealing with clients, consumers, and suppliers, the worth of instituting proper roles and responsibilities in information technology can never be understated. Positions are often confused with job titles, but it is essential to recognize that they are not similar. Every organization will define appropriate job titles and job descriptions that suit their needs. Individuals holding these job titles can perform one or more of the required roles. Therefore people are very vital agents in service management since, aside from completing their tasks as duty employees, they have roles and responsibilities to accomplish (Hadavi, M., & Ryan, J. 2019). On the other hand, processes are very vital in service management. With an efficient process, information technology service management assisting organizations to save money. The efficiency of a process is characterized by an organization's employees being able to work in a standardized way, systematic and with speed in resolving issues more rapidly while saving on time.
Furthermore, products are essential to service management. Continuant control and proper management of goods establish more chances that tag to increase sales and profits. On the same note, the alteration of products and coming up with more new products increases the number of customers. As well, products managed properly increase sales due to an understanding of demand and the need for more products. Also, partners are necessary for enhancing the growth or efficiency of fellow partner firms. Partners give the chance to increase beneficiary organization resources by establishing skills that the host partner does not have. Service partners deliver services on the host partner's behalf. (Bustinza et al., 2018.)Understand the Five Major Aspects of Service Design.
Service Design conceals the basics of scheming services and processes. It issues an atomistic design approach to aid an organization in the delivery of better services. The five significant aspects of service design stand conceptualized with service-oriented thoughts and decision making. The five significant issues of service supply for which the design activities must be carried out start with a service-oriented solution.
On the other hand, Service Management systems and tools are other significant aspects. It works to ascertain uniformity with other services and ensures that supporting and dependent services are satisfactory to maintain current, reliable service delivery. Besides technology and architecture, management systems are another crucial aspect. It functions to make sure they are accordant with the newly introduced service and are compatible to operate and maintain. Besides, another element is Processes, and it works to ensure that the procedure, roles, and responsibilities are satisfactory to manage, aid, and keep in the changed service. In a nutshell, Measurement methods and metrics are other significant aspects that function to ensure that the techniques can provide the required parameters on the service. (Maglio et al. 2018)
Therefore, when coming up with a service to meet an organization's plan of action and customer needs, it calls for coordination and collaboration. The purpose of advanced service maturity when it comes to designing services rather than completion of a computer science project. The more advanced the service maturity, the more advanced the customer and user satisfaction will be.
