Higher Education in the 21st Century: Is the Classroom Obsolete? Cabrera (2013) compiles the article, "Higher Education in the 21st Century." The ability to understand one's social and cultural background is very fundamental in this socially diverse society. In order to gain thorough understanding of one's social and cultural heritage, identifying one's social and personal characteristics is very fundamental. A person's reflection on one's current identity helps in launching the best of themselves in their prospective workplace. Considering the individual's thoughts, values, and principles is very significant in analysing the whole person. The article is essential as it questions whether education is obsolete in the 21st century. To become successful in the workplace and specifically in the world of business, effective marketing, and advertising ought to be done. With the help of a promotional company, it has been able to see to it that a blueprint for the business and my future aspirations is clearly penned down precisely capturing the rubric of effective practice in business. At quite a young age, it would be hard to think about and come up with a sane concept in business, but with more experience and expertise it becomes more and more easy to wade and wallow about it and finally emerge victorious.
Measuring early childhood development at a global scale: Evidence from the Caregiver-Reported Early Development Instruments. Charles & Marcus (2013) compile the study that measures early childhood development at a global scale. Sexuality is a great part of child development. Many members of the LGBT community are allowed to serve in the United States Army. The trend is not unique to the United States as it is possible in many other countries like Brazil, South Africa, South Korea and Chile. A policy that accepts the LGBT in a particular society like the army is not to say that the members of the LGBT are immune to discrimination in the army. The presence of the LGBT in the army has various effects on the army officers within the army and the gay soldiers because it largely affects the way that they relate to the other members of the army and the kind of culture that they create for the army. The article takes a look at the effects of the presence of members of the LGBT community in the army.
Accordig to Charle& Marcus (2013), beginning the year 1993, there has been an increase in the visibility of the people of the LGBT community.Sexual identity forms a pinnacle for child development. The proportion of people that say they know someone that is gay has increased from 42 percent in the year 1992 to 77 percent in the year 2015. More than six among ten people living in American say that they have a working colleague or a friend that they say is a member of the LGBT community. The growth and the prevalence of the LGBT community have led to the need to have legislation that allows for the members of the community to be accepted into military service. An increase in the level of visibility is what has led more and more legislation to be made to protect members of the LGBT community against discrimination in army service.
An Integral Role Jewel (2009) compiles an article, "An Integral Role." The article specifies the role diversity plays in preparing the child for the workplace. Diversity hiring is fundamental for the successful representation of human resource in an organization. When organizations are well represented, they stand better chance at ensuring unity and cohesion among the employees. Diversity hiring is a process that ought to be considered in the processes of sacking workers and promoting staff. Talented and diverse people are aware that only diverse organizations can cater to their needs. Diversity is however not the answer to every challenge of the modern work place as there are other factors that come into play when determining the success of an organization as shall be explained in the following essay. When selecting the Chief Executive Officer of a company a lot has to come into play. The ability of the CEO to perform surpasses that of fitting into the culture of the organization in the forms of diversification. The most important aspect is to understand what the main job of the company is and what it expected of him. The office of the CEO is a major determinant in how the affairs of the organization are run within the organization. Selection of a Chief Executive Officer for the company is hence one unique scenario where the organization cannot compromise quality for diversity. Selection of key staff in the organization like the CEO is a legitimate situation in which hiring for deep level diversity needs to be limited or avoided.
Growth in emerging economies: Is there a role for education? Lenkeia, Mustafa & Vecchiac (2018) examine growth in emerging economies in relation to how the education system influences such growth. Operational psychologist ought to remain discreet about personal matters that affect the members of the LGBT community in the army lest it sparks off hidden contentions. The flip side of the effect of the presence of members of the LGBT is that they can enjoy the same privileges and the advantages that their other counterparts enjoy.
According to Lenkeia, Mustafa & Vecchiac (2018) , the good performance of a unit does not so much depend on how much the members of the unit like one another. Personal trust is all that is required to keep the members of a professional unit performing. The inclusion of the members of the LGBT community has essentially acted as a check to the professionalism of the members of the army community.
Ethical education as a pillar of the future role of higher education: Analysing its presence in the curricula of engineering courses. According to Monteiroa, F., Leite, C., & Rocha (2018), the Montessori Method views the child as someone eager to learn and gain new knowledge about the things around him. The method helps in the development of the child's emotional, social, and physical cognition. In this activity, I develop a sequence in motion for the child to track the changes that occur in the course of repeated movement. The differences between this activity of sequence in motion and the previous one are that it trains the child for both the ability to connect motion and progression and it tests the child's memory and cognitive ability. According to Monteiroa, F., Leite, C., & Rocha (2018), the activity will be prepared for 6 to seven-year-olds first graders with special needs like Gifted, Intellectual disability, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and Speech delayed. The activity will target the learners at their best moods to harness the best learning abilities possible. The activity will entail the creation of a family memory book and keep a journal. The first grader will need the help of a word processing program and a digital camera to build computer skills creating a book of memories about the family.

The people that become of us, the things that we achieve in life and the quality of the life we live is a direct reflection upon the quality of the thoughts that we constantly make a habit to deliberate. While the first activity tests for grit and the leaner's ability to interpret information the second activity tests for the learner's ability to make sense of the things around him or her and made deductions.
The policy of 1981 also brings to question the ability of the military to recruit and maintain a force if it is allowed to recruit the members of the LGBT community. The culture of the army has and continues to be shaped by the presence of the members of the LGBT community in many ways. Cohesion in combat does not accrue from the shared and preconceived values but rather from the belief in the mission that the members of the army are about to undertake.
Conclusion
Overall, the child is capable of imitating and learning in a thoughtfully prepared and supportive environment. The approach values the human spirit and the development of the child as a whole.Keeping a journal about the entire process is essential for purposes of memorization. The activity incorporates the needs of intellectual disability, the gifted child, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and Speech delayed.
