Introduction

The current proposal seeks to highlight the literature context of international transformations across the Western Hemisphere. The literature presents information from scholarly journals and books that account for historical aspects international response to American principles. Although some appear to criticize American supremacy, most literature supports the opinion that foreign policy must have affected the major Cold War and Post-War developments across nations in Western Hemisphere, directly or indirectly.

I will conduct the study for two significant reasons. The first is to assess the strength of literary studies and opinions related to the subject of US Foreign policy during Cold War. The next is to evaluate specific premises on which the sources either support or criticize the role of American communities in promoting or challenging major developments abroad. Since literature, sources can attest to similar subject in different tone and for various motives, I chose to select both reviewed and primary sources as the materials to satisfy legal and reliable standards for review. The essence of study is to contextually describe and support the hypothesis that cross-border interactions and subsequent transformations in the Western Hemisphere were a major result of US Foreign policies abroad.
