Introduction

Instruction design and development system is an important approach that offers steps to be followed during the evaluation of learners' training material, requirements, and effectiveness of the training processes (Anglin,1995). The system also provides an important foundation for a structured methodology in the development of new training programs. Also, the instructional design and development ensure effective adoption of evaluation strategies. In most cases, the designs portray the primary requirements and needs that are essential for enabling a student to acquire learning skills from the training processes successfully. Instructional design development is intended to ensure the appropriate delivery of knowledge and skills to learners based on their needs (Kristanto, 2017). The dynamic needs in the learning sector also necessitate for the instructional designs and development to ensure quality performances. Normally, the instructional design applies various traditional approaches and technologies in establishing appropriate methodologies and instructions that affect the training and learning programs (Anglin, 1995).

Different strategies are used in restructuring the delivery techniques and training system. In some cases, the instructions in the learning and training processes are linked/combined for the effective attainment of the desired goals and outcomes (Lee, Lim, & Kim, 2017). Also, the combination of the instructions helps in maintaining the goals in the learning processes. Instructional designs and development functions to evaluate the performances of learners; therefore, allowing for the identification of areas of weakness (Kristanto, 2017). The identified areas of weakness are then corrected by applying more effort to maintain the performances/outcomes.

The traditional approaches and technological methodologies help in promoting the learning results/outcomes. Instructional designs and development make it easy for individuals to incorporate e-learning program techniques to disseminate and convey the training and learning skills (Kristanto, 2017). Example, the ability to represent a topic using video clips within a given course or subject may improve the acquisition knowledge among the students. The use of internet services during training programs enhances personal learning skills. This paper will analyze and discuss instructional designs and development as a whole and partially incorporate other necessary factors in impacting learning or rather training system.

Part 1

Instructional designs and development are a technique for the establishment of appropriate learning experiences and environmental conditions that affect the acquisition of knowledge and skills among the students (Brown & Green, 2015). The instructional design theory provides an explicit explanation that supports the suggested definition in the learning context. According to the instructional design theory, learning development includes emotional, cognitive, social, spiritual, and physical (Kristanto, 2017). The primary aspects of the instructional designs are the conditions in which the instructions take place and the intended results. The instruction designs and development system is an approach that provides one on one steps in the evaluation of learners requirement, training material, and effectiveness of the training-induced (Anglin, 1995). Generally, the system lays down a structured methodology for developing new training programs as well as evaluation strategies.

The instructional designs portray the basic needs and requirements that are fundamental for a student to successfully acquire training as well as develop in the skills learned. The abilities of the students to improve their performances/results depend on the effectiveness of the applied strategies. The traditional approaches and technological approaches help in ensuring effective application instructions in the learning programs. The system, therefore, is aimed at delivering the best knowledge to the learners as per their needs as well as concerning dynamic world needs (Lee et al., 2017).

The instructional design also involves the use of technologies and traditional approaches in coming up with a set of instructions and methodologies to affect the learning and training technologies (Anglin, 1995). Various strategies are employed to restructure the training system and delivery techniques. The strategies are verified before being applied in a learning setting. The verification of the strategies is important in ensuring the effective acquisition of knowledge and skills during the learning processes. There are some reasons why the set of instructions are compounded to work together to improve the outcome of the goals. The crucial bit of the system is to ensure that proper feedback is acquired as well as maintaining the good results of its work (Lee et al., 2017). It also tries to evaluate the performance, and allowing the development of the weak area then needs much attention for great results to be attained.

The new personal definition of instructional designs and development focuses on the approach is an art and science that creates materials and environments that enable the learners to attain their desired goals through high performances (Brown & Green, 2015). Also, the instructional designs and development are dependent on practical and theoretical research in areas like education psychology, cognition, and problem-solving. The three aspects are elementary in the learning process because they improve the abilities of the students in ensuring quality outcomes.

Following the definition, that instructional design is both a technological and traditional set of methodologies organized and systematically implemented to impact positively learning and training. It is clear that there is a combination of content technologies as well as classical training to meet the dynamic world training. Besides, the e-learning incorporates technological convey and dissemination of the skills and training. For instance, a topic representation in the form of video clips within a particular subject or course may improve the knowledge acquisition to the students in access to the internet services as well as enhancing their skills in personal studies.

As a systematic development in the learning process, instructional designs ensure the establishment of appropriate instructions that guide all students (Kristanto, 2017). The technological approaches used in instructional designs and development enable learners to acquire crucial skills required in attaining the desired goals in life. According to Piskurich (2015), instructions provide guidelines for developing improving the learning outcomes and developing quality experiences. For example, internet services promote interaction among learners; therefore, it justifies the definition of instructional designs and development. According to research conducted in the United States of America on the importance of applying instructional designs and development approaches in classrooms indicated that more than 95% of the students benefit from the program due to the ability to attain quality outcomes that meet their needs (Brown & Green, 2015).

Besides, different learning systems of different states may have different impacts on the learner. For example, in the USA, student embraces K-12 system design of transmitting knowledge students (Lee et al., 2017). The system allows teachers or trainers to interact with students physically face to face. That kind of system design has a set of instructions that mainly require the teacher and student to be in a traditional classroom. Here, the students are freely interacting with trainers and can have a direct response to their hiccup queries. The instructional design, therefore, with both technological and traditional aspects incorporated, the development and achievement of the training goals are achieved (Kristanto, 2017).

Part 2

Instructional design and development (IDD) is a vital tool in planning that systematically employs other devices for analysis, evaluation, and implementation (Kristanto, 2017). The instructional designs and development approach brings out the effectiveness of the training and knowledge acquisition essential to meet particular objectives or even set goals (Anglin, 1995). The IDD is a system that involves various methodologies and techniques important for achieving the set goals in learning and training as well as the acquisition of new ideologies.

The application of IDD in the learning setting has made it easy to attain the desired objectives and goals because it improves the performances of the learners (Lee et al., 2017). Also, the instructional designs and development portray the directions and steps that must be followed to fulfill the needs of the student at different levels of their study. For example, the technological and traditional approaches help in the identification and implementation of appropriate learning strategies; therefore, enabling students to acquire knowledge and skills. The instructions developed for the learning process are based on the nature of instructional designs applied in the process. Also, the traditional and technological approaches used in instructional designs and development are important in establishing appropriate learning instruction.

Categorically, instructions are always crucial in the development of a strategic plight solution. Instructional design and development can never be separated from each other (Lee et al., 2017). It is because for goods results of the training to be accrued; there be steps layout to follow. The instructional design allows analysis and evaluation of the system that keeps on identifying the weaknesses it possesses and thus employing corrective measure to it. In the process, or rather an approach, the development of the system is acquired. New techniques and methodologies are used to effectively address the training issues that might be hindering proper delivery of it (Kristanto, 2017).

Instructional design, therefore, clearly gives the schedule of a layout on which the learning and training system follows to achieve the needs of study as well as that of students. Development only comes when the analysis of the set instruction needs to be improved for the effectiveness of the learning. Basically, the system rectifies the training issues as well as the change in the world's technology. The education system, therefore, needs the system to implement the training. Regularly, the instructional design and development systems are audited. The process, therefore, invites the advancement of the system in case of any disorder in it. For instance, e-learning has been improved by uploading portable document format and video clips. It has eased the acquisition of knowledge to the student, thus development and change in instructional designs.

The instructional design and technology field will be valid as per the proper use of the available technologies such as YouTube and websites that demonstrate the dynamics of the advanced world in terms of skills and new procedures of knowledge and training skills (Kristanto, 2017). The video clip development and caption will enhance training skills that will lead to real-life practice. The clips provide insightful information that can be easily remembered by the students; therefore, improving the learning outcomes.

In other words, the IDD system will incorporate the new methodologies of gathering information from websites as well as directives on how to practically interact with the study. It will, therefore, provide an outline and structure and methodologies to acquire skills on how to effectively achieve training knowledge. Similarly, the system will help the student analysis and effectively evaluate the training proces...
