Introduction
The internet is shaping and developing business with different ideas and is a source of demand for the industries. It is now becoming a relevant part of the fabric in our daily lives including the activities and social groups globally. The internet has been improved for entertainment, social media, communication and information. It is applied in different areas such as in business where customers access the internet by email, connected calendars or chat services available that will be of help in driving the business nowadays. In educational sectors, there are those institutions that conduct online lessons for the individuals that do not intend to attend the universities giving priorities that the individual can work at their residence and own ingenuity.
In entertainment, the internet is used by people in watching movies, television programs, YouTube and playing video games to keep oneself entertained. Internet quality is speed data that is surfaced online. There is a free tool that ensures that the business or customer is satisfied with the performance that one is paying for. There is a payment that provides high speeds of connection to the internet called broadband that offers and motivates a purchase of a subscription. It is provided in forms of Digital subscriber line, fiber optic, satellite, and cable. Internet connection is characterized by the following characters; latency.
The factors affecting internet quality are; viruses, number of users and software. Speed is not everything, the relationship between broadband and the experience of the customer is what matters. The average broadband network average speed has improved since customers have reported well-known problems such as buffering and poor audio quality because of the gap between the downloading speed and the ability of the service provider in delivering. The Internet service provider can also distribute broadband speed but not promising a better customer's experience. This shows that the customers' services have a reason to be improved and developed than the broadband speed.
Sometimes customers are not concerned with the services, data, and speed of the transmission but are concerned with the maintenance and repairs of the services being handled well. Some teams are responsible for repairs and dealing with difficulties that get to arise in any business or customer. There are also the stakeholders that assess the financial data of the company and ensuring that the business performs well and ensures that there is no loss of investment by taking safety measures and analyzing the problem of that is affecting the customer's service.
Engineers diagnose any issues and improve the process of the company itself and the customer not forgetting to build a positive influence. Reasons for poor internet quality is the cost, efficiency, genuinely and verification of the technology(Ramya&Hameed,2017). The speed, limit, and inquiry of the customer affect the performance of the services. High pricing, policies, and people hinder the workflow hence leading to poor services. Brainstorming ideas can be implementing trials, surveys, and questionnaires in a company to get the results from the customers to overcome and achieve aims. Good communication with the customer services will in return give impress customers and quickly they will give back good feedbacks. The staff working in the company should be based on the internet. By handling customers with empathy, patience and consistency will deliver an equal level of service. When customers are rewarded they will feel compelled and will get back for more service.

In conclusion, since providers allow the customers to update on the internet on their desires and perspective, the control them by guiding them from any technical experience that is taking place.
