Introduction
The ideal job is always that job that is categorized as the best of my qualifications or even abilities. As we go to school to acquire knowledge, we have an area of specialization such that after graduation, we strictly engage with jobs surrounding what we specialize in. The same ideal job, whether secured in the company or other in the government institution, should encourage my dreams to enhance a successful future. Besides, a perfect job should entail quality supervision encompassed with the great work culture. The same job should expound on my learning capabilities as I concentrate much on personal progress as well as the progress of the organization.
The ideal job should be in an environment that is teamwork-oriented; hence employees get empowered to create initiatives. My, I deal job, should allow me to exercise fully the skills I acquired in school so that I can improve on them to enhance much experience. My ideal job should be much entrepreneurial, supportive, and even collaborative so that it can inspire many and also make me a role model to the upcoming generation who are still planning to follow the same channel of education.
As much as I am always self-motivated, I would also love working with other people in an atmosphere that encourages learning new things to get the opportunity for career advancement. To make the work atmosphere accommodative, it should support communication with a listening staff, which delivers feedback on time. The executive or even the team should cooperate warmly with employees so that workers will not shy off from consultations. The same will as well result in the company achieving its vision very first.
For the job to get considered perfect, it should include the following together with the ones mentioned above. The first one, the ideal job, should entail a perfect salary. No graduate will love reporting to work but striving for survival as a result of a minor wage that cannot balance well one's budget. It is the same reason why one needs to weigh the salaries across different industries (Warnick, 2018, p. 14659). The excellent salary will always motivate one to engage much into duties other than walking up and down looking for good-paying jobs.
Similarly, the ideal job should have a great growth opportunity. Employees can engage in different companies at the lower or middle level. If the organization offers growth opportunities equally without going much into these levels, then it will sound a perfect job. It is easy and very possible if there is an excellent job within the company. A great boss who is quite understanding and cooperative will always make one's career flourish. These bosses are not easy to find, and they always make one love the job and stick into one firm; however, some challenges.
Job Description for the Role
As a logistics and distribution manager, my exemplary role is to organize the goods, make sure they are safe even within the storage, and finally ensure the distribution of these goods.in addition to the duties. I also have to ensure that orders get carried out as expected. I work at the macro level other than warehousing since I analyze transportation routes as well as logistic problems that may emerge. The same is necessary for vehicles carrying goods since they should reach the final destination while safe to reduce losses as a result of damages.
Apart from the critical roles mentioned above, I can also negotiate on technical difficulties, prepare paperwork for regulatory bodies, and even ensure health and safety standards get accomplished within the company. It is possible since I concentrate on managing waste not to abuse the health standards of our organization (Morana & Gonzalez-Feliu, 2015, p.1070). I usually work during the weekdays, not unless the request is alarmed, I can report to work on one of the weekends. The same is necessary to avoid inconveniences since I always coincide with the management staff.
Personal Specification and How I Got the Job
I am a self-oriented person with high-quality communication skills. Besides the same, I also have better presentation skills and the ability to write a well-organized work report. In addition to that, I can coordinate with a wide range of people at different levels. As a result of the supply and distribution skills I acquired in school, I am confident enough to manage the distribution of goods and even analyze the logistic data. I am best at bidding with the legal practices, and I also can come up with complex correspondence.
I am advanced in information technology, which has made me spend much time with my computer looking for job advertisements daily. As a result of this, I have analyzed a good number of ads concerning jobs within my area of specialization or even outside (Sibarani & Scerri, 2019, p.450). Besides internet analysis, I also spend much time reading magazines, checking the latest advertisements on jobs from different sectors, either private or government institutions. Through the same, I came across the advert concerning logistic and distribution manager position an opportunity I did not hesitate but to apply and went through the standard interview.
Conclusion and Recommendation
Conclusively, graduates should spend much of their time on different media channels so that they can come across different adverts concerning their areas of interest. It is through the same one can attain an ideal job full of inspirations to venture into various opportunities with a dream of becoming great entrepreneurs.
