Tell me a time when you face any difficulties during the stage of adolescence and how did you cope with the changes?
The challenges that I have faced during the adolescence are mostly ones that are pegged on the behavioral aspect. Another problem that has proved to be indispensable is the level of intelligence that one is expected to have as they advance in their classes. Besides, the physical changes that one experiences are always a challenge as one is supposed to find a solution mostly on their own. Such expectations usually mess up the esteem of a person including mine, before one finds a way to wrap around the problems.
Tell me a time when you had any difficulties during in your physical changes of adolescence?
Some of the notable physical changes that I experienced were mostly because of the unprecedented increase in the size of some of the body parts. Also the fact that the growth of hairs on the body was a problem as it became concentrating on the school work and keeping up with all these changes that were taking place. Besides, the process of breaking voice posed a real physical challenge for me since there were times that I was inaudible.
Tell me a time when you had any behavior changes and how did you manage to overcome any issues?
One of the behavior changes that I noted during my adolescence stage is that the way I related to my parents and older people changed. I was especially confused about how I was supposed to associate with the elder people as I was neither an adult nor a kid. I did not know the expectations that my parents had; I later came to solve this problem by looking at the ways that my cousins related with their parents and copied the same ideas with my parents. It is interesting to admit that the strategy worked and I learned how to behave around my parents and elder people.
Tell me a time when your social life was affecting your adolescence lifestyle? Have you noticed anything unusual in your behavior?
I admit that some issues had a significant impact on my lifestyle. The lifestyle that I had initially adopted as an adolescent saw me drop substantially in the school work. My leisure time was also one that was majorly spent in making friends with the opposite sex. The increase in the number of conflicts between my peers and my friends also was a noticeable change.
Does your development phase from puberty had any critical components?
During my adolescent stage, my ethnicity and the genetics were proven to be an important factor that was important in the growth evaluation.
Does your decision making was affected by any impulses during your puberty?
Some of the decisions that I had often imagined to be inconceivable and dangerous have started seeming as if they are doable. This is a characteristic that I have noticed is prevalent as I have become a risk taker even when making decisions. Most of my choices are hence inclined on the impulse factor.
Tell me a time when your confidence and self-esteem increased during your puberty?
As I was growing up and the challenges of puberty became a reality, it became evident that my self-esteem had reduced substantially because of the confusion that I felt. As I adapted to the changes, the self-esteem and confidence improved.
What is the best childhood memory and why?
My best childhood memory was one before I went to school as I had little responsibilities. Decisions were also made by my parents, and hence I was not worried about anything
What has been the most significant invention/event in your lifetime and why?
The internet has been the best invention as it makes it easy to access information that makes the stage bearable.
How is important your family for you and why? Tell me a time when you had any difficulties with your family during your puberty? What issues have been developed since that time?
The family is one of the most valuable assets in the world doing adolescence. A time when conflict ensued include a time when my cousin felt entitled to make a decision that we all had to give our opinions as he felt responsible for me. We have hence agreed to provide each other space and the family members to treat me as the adult I am.
Considering themes in adolescence: A Qualitative Report

Study method:
The study will employ analysis of a biographical interview with one participant. This interview will last for approximately 20 minutes and be conducted with a Newham College University Centre participant in a classroom. The interview will be recorded and then transcribed. Following this, a thematic analysis will be used to analyze the data, and allow themes to emerge qualitatively.
Abstract
An in-depth interview was conducted for one adolescent, and ten questions were advanced on the following subjects that appeared repeatedly. The Qualitative study is intended to explore the themes of the adolescents that are found in the contemporary society and are founded on the changes that are experienced during adolescence. The questions could be categorized into the themes on how they perceive (a) themselves (b) their existential queries and (c) their adult contacts ( Piko, 2001). The first seven questions were intended to elaborate on the process of identity development, the eighth and the ninth question were all meant to get the details on some of the factors that might have a hand at influencing the development process. The last problem was one that explores the perceptions of the adolescents towards the family and the adults generally. Some of the themes that were prevalent in the questions that were intended to have a hand in the development included the results that hinted to the assumption that the art of balancing and controlling the needs and the wishes as far as others were concerned was a central issue. Besides, the existential questions were mainly meant for the questions about the future, and the questions and the answers that were worried about the adults were all inclined on the values about the familial unit ( Piko, 2001). The adult contacts were interestingly perceived as the basis of knowledge and experience. One would hence surmise that identity formation during the late adolescence was one that consisted of integrative issues as the adults were expected to play a vital and a particular role.
Introduction
B was born on December 18th, 2002. As of this date, he is aged fifteen (15). His parents are known as Gloria peter and Benson Griffin. B is of Latino descent and has no sibling. Both of the parents are gainfully employed as G is an interior designer and M is an engineer in an affluent company. Both parents have a college degree and are by all standards perceived as prosperous. The primary premise of the interview is to ascertain if B is inspired to work hard, because or albeit the present socio-economic status that does not challenge him but is somewhat conducive for him to maintain the comfortable upward lifestyle and the careers (Harmon et al., 2005). I interviewed B at Newham College University on Thursday, June 8th, 2018 at 4.00 p.m. the interview was taped on a Samsung digital recorder and also had written consent from his parents.
Methods: Participants, designs, materials
The researcher employed the quantitative research methodology to probe into the changes that are connected to adolescence. The interview questions focused on the effects and the cons that the adolescent faced during the adolescence. There was the use of questionnaires where the participant was expected to provide a comprehensive answer orally (Shek, 2005). It is also important to note that there was the presence of an informed consent that was acquired from the respondent before the time of collecting data. There was also the need to assure the respondent of their privacy and anonymity being observed as one analyzed and did a report on the same.
Participant
The interview was one that was intended for one participant and it was hence easy to choose the participant. The interviewer picked B primarily based on the familiarity that they had towards each other and therefore meant that the confidentiality which was a valid fear was assured (Lewis, 2004). Picking the participant was thus one that was inclined to the familiarity concept as opposed to the other ideas that one learned.
Design
Survey research design was utilized whereby the researcher gave the participant a questionnaire to fill on the set of questions (Bomar, 2004). This research design was being used because the kind of information that was required demanded the people to self-report which would have been possible only using this particular research design.
Materials
Data collection worksheet and the questionnaires were some of the materials that were used to collect data from the target respondent.
