Procedure

To begin with, preheat the oven up to 375 degrees Celsius.

Next, you are expected to spray the cooking tray using non-stick substances. As well, you can try greaseproof paper on top of the cooking surface. This is to prevent sticking out of cookies that result in undesirable shapes. (Lille et al., 2018).

Thoroughly mix the sugar to remove any chunks or bits.

Next, you are to mix the butter and grounded sugar together until you obtain the right texture.

Beat eggs one by one in a single bowl before transferring to the main bowl. This is to avoid contamination in case there are some eggs that are not in good condition. Add sugar-butter mixture into the prepared eggs (Subramaniam & Wareing, 2016).

Use a mixing spoon to beat eggs before mixing with butter-sugar contents.

Then mix measured salt, baking soda, and vanilla altogether. Ensure no lumps in the mixture (Dottolo & Dottolo, 2018). Sieve the floor for further aeration and add to the mixture. Mix them all to make dough.

Scoop a tablespoon of dough and put it on the baking sheet. Continue doing these until all the dough is transferred to the baking surface (Usher, 2018). Try any shape you like. There should be caps between shaped dough in the baking sheet to avoid sticking.

Bake them for approximately 12 minutes. Check the batter for readiness as from 9 minutes. If ready, remove and cool them. Serve with any juice or any drink as you may wish.
