Introduction
Some research questions are seeking to get answers and requires the use of different methodologies in such approaches. Also, the research methodologies vary depending on their suitability to the specific questions seeking to get addressed comprehensively. The examples of research methodologies are the internet search for information, a case study on the instances of the applicability of the findings of the research question at hand, use of questionnaires to try and gather answers regarding a particular subject from a particular research population. Also, the use of observation technique where the behaviour of particular elements are seen and used to develop answers for the research question at hand. In particular, the paper focuses on the research question; how do Hispanic people experience equality in their workplace. Its answers were arrived at by the use of the research methodology referred to as a case study. The research question seeks to get answers on how the workplaces at the Hispanic people tend to equally treat their employees in so far as different aspects are concerned. Such aspects concern the employee salary, gender sensitivities and treatment, work time allocations, age consideration, how recruitments and retirements are undertaken, overtime and bonus allocations, racial subscription views and considerations, employee colour, and backgrounds' inclination ways of consideration at the workplace. To find the answers to the research question, a case study was conducted at a Hispanic firm named Hongelo where numerous employees are working at the textile factory. How they treat their employees paved the way for the answers to the research question at hand, as presented in the subsequent paragraphs.
First, the Hispanic employees experience equality and parity at their workplace by being paid equally. In the case study of the Hispanic firm Hongelo, the employees experienced satisfactorily equal pays congruent to the tasks they had performed at the workplace. In this case, several other factors were put into consideration in arriving at the salaries of the employees so that they could get contended and feel equally treated. One of them is the consideration of a factor of age and experience. There were those seasoned employees who were an old hand in the industry. They had worked in the industry for more than forty years and had slowly gained ranks towards the senior management positions where they could direct the workings of other junior employees. Even their ages spoke volumes due to being old as shown by their appearances. In this case, the senior employees were given salaries greater in quantity to the newly absorbed employees into the industry. Further, the employees at the same level of professional achievements and working experience were given the same salary measures, respectively reducing in equal proportions down the ranks to the junior most employees. Thus, Hongelo Company, a Hispanic firm, uses an equal measure of salaries to achieve equal treatment of its employees at the workplace.
Additionally, Hispanic people experience equality at the workplace through equal treatments during recruitment and retirements. From the case study of Hongelo Company, its recruitment activity of new employees to fit the advertised positions was well structured by the human resource department in such a way as to impress both the qualified who is to be absorbed and the non-qualified who goes back unemployed. In this case, the academic requirements from the job applicants were equal and were not conditional by different other factors. The other factors included the relationship between the applicant and the people at the management positions, the appearance of the person, the background of the applicant, the skin complexity and even the amount of bribes awarded to the people at the recruiting department. The academic qualification requirements of the job applicants to be interviewed and recruited for the jobs were uniform in respect to different job categories. All the qualified people could then get interviewed by the panels in a uniform tendency and rated fairly. The criteria applied to select the ones who passed were openly and transparently availed to the public who could then get contended with the way the job application process, interviews and recruitments were conducted. Even the ones who failed to clinch the job positions of their interest could then affirmatively nod following the satisfying way of the conduction of the recruitment. On the other hand, retirement in the Hongelo Company was based on the attainment of the set age limit of 65 years of age or the willingness of the person to retire. No other irregular basis forced the employees to retire arbitrarily. Besides, the firing of employees was only necessitated by the commitment of extreme offences only mentioned and well versed in the minds of the workers. The recruitment and retirement of employees were thus fairly conducted in Hongelo Company, thus the considerable treatment of the Hispanic people at the workplace.
Besides, the Hispanic people at the workplace are viewed with the treatments they deserve. It is evident in the Hongelo Company where the employees in their normal working environments are treated by the dictates of the set rules regarding the approaches to the employees. The rules state that all the workers irrespective of their skin complexion, their ages as seen by another, their tribal alignment, their family backgrounds, their accent and geographical subscriptions, should get fairly regarded as the workers of the organization with the respects they deserve. Also, there is the requirement that even though a worker is at a higher rank than the older employees in, the lower ranks, their authority as provided for by the conditions of their working should be highly regarded as workplace etiquette. Also, no forms of tribal or cultural practices should get done in the workplace because they will brew hatred, animosity, and stereotypic views on the cultures of other tribes regarded inferior, leading to instability at the workplace. Instead, the employees are advised to possess the organizational culture of respect, diligence, hard work, focus, responsibility and accountability. It shows how the Hispanic people experience equality in the workplace.

Finally, the Hispanic people have equal treatment in matters benefits in the workplace. It is evident from the case study of the Hongelo Company that the promotions of workers from one level to another up the job ranks are done by merit owing to the performance of the workers. Also, the allocation of overtime bonuses is non-biased. There are also other monetary compensations like the payment of insurance covers by the employers which is equally affected for all the employees. Further, holiday packages for the employees are equally organized basing on the same criteria, hence being equally treated. Thus, the Hispanic people are equally treated regarding benefits allocation by the employers at the workplace, as observed in the case study.
