Contrary to the screenplay, the main characters: Hamlet, Laertes, Gertrude, and Claudius, die due to poison from either sword or wine (Harley 1). The screenplay ends by Horatio holding and witnessing how Hamlet dies. This is different compared to the original text. This evidences how unfaithful the screenplay is to the original version since it doesn't portray what is scripted, although most of the dialogue was concerning the script. With such incidence, some of the themes in the story are lost as stipulated in the original text. To keep the unique issues, the original script should be adhered to since any change brings in another idea which changes the original design affecting on the intentions and the themes in general (Schmitt 1).

Although the script and the movie are different in the format, one written and another visual, they should rhyme in terms of dialogue, pictures, and editing effects (Crowl 1). Therefore, when one decides to read the script, it is of his benefit, since he or she will control the speed at which he wants to understand. The action is described using words; hence, the reader creates the image in mind. That is, the script creates a mental image. It will give him time to digest the content thoroughly. On the other hand, watching a movie is also advantageous since it shows the creativity of the actors. It also plays with one's emotion.

Usually, reading is prudent when one wants to understand the movie (Harley 1). This is because of the following pros. One enjoys privacy while reading more than watching. This means that one can read privately compared to when watching. One is also able to dictate time. This means that one is in control of the time when he or she is reading the script compared to the person watching the movie. In the level of understanding, the one who reads the script understands faster than the one watching. It may take one reading to understand the script compared to watching the movie, which requires numerous times to digest and understand it.

The filming techniques deployed in the movie at some point they were wanting. For example, at first, the camera focuses much on the speaking characters leaving behind the listeners who were also reacting. Apart from that, the cameramen zoomed too much. They deployed close up technique of shooting which focused much on the faces of speaking characters (Schmitt 1). This makes the movies less impressive since it leaves the audience thinking of what is happening on the other sides, like from the listeners. In the same scene, the lighting was not well done since there was darkness. Since the scene was closed, there was a need to generate enough illumination so as there is effectiveness in capturing all the events (Crowl 1). This makes the castle room seem unreal. The producer's decision is prudent in moving the audience. This is to make the time frame of the movies reasonable. Movie of Hamlet, stirred with David Tennant is short. This is due to the producer's decision of leaving and adding some scenes to make the movie enjoyable - editing effects like intercutting bits of help in joining scenes, although it is not on the script. The director's decision is also crucial in forwarding the movie since it allows the audience to predict what may come next.

Generally, the actors in the movies displayed convincing characters of which can make one for more of their films. The synchronization was perfect. The coordination between each other was recommendable. Among the actors, Hamlet makes the complicated play understandable. For this case, the actors were splendid. In terms of costumes, the dressing code was superb to the events in the movie. For instance, Hamlet dresses black in the morning season; this is concerning the incident (Harley 1). Also, the wearing of red t-shirt and jeans truly displays the modern generation.

On the other hand, the music and acoustic used in the movie were excellent. It rhymed with the incidences in the film. It also plays with views of emotions.

Conclusion

In summary, the movies are splendid despite the changes done on the real action, which is not as stipulated in the original script. The film comes out well. The setting, organization, and synchronization of the actors appear incredible. The producers and directors, on the other hand, did the recommendable job despite some few manipulations.
