Sound policies exist theoretically, but the superpower industrial nations conduct international forums and negotiations. There lacks transparency, and in the end, no sustainable global human development is achieved. The underdeveloped countries for the largest population of the world, but, they are not well represented in the international forums since they cannot manage to buy power. As greed for money continues to impact domestic politics, there is no chance for civilization in the global market. It is unless democracy prevails.

It is a call to the World Bank and International Monetary Fund to assess the governance of international platforms. The World Trade Organization is also not functioning as it should. It is not legitimately in power, and no wonder things go out of hand due to paid leaders to favour specific nations. The policies are there, but the flaws are everywhere. There is a need for equity. The concept of globalization is not achieving its primary goals. The information in the paper is a reference point for fundamental principles by the governing bodies in the global market. It also modifies the perception of globalization, unlike what is sold to people that the worldwide market is working for good. Still, in reality, it is exposing nations to more challenges. It's also a call to pursue the ambitious principal prerequisites for participation in the global economy as proposed by Helleiner. They include altering membership, ensuring accountability in management, availing relevant documents and expanding the agendas to accommodate all nations, including the marginalized (Helleiner, 2001).

In my view, I agree with Helleiner that the concept of globalization is being misused to brainwash people. It is a challenge of a new creation where the western countries are controlling the world indirectly. The knowledge of globalization is there to serve the powerful. Instead of pursuing excellence, humans are agents of the downfall of the poor and the marginalized. Globalization is an economic phenomenon to bring new world order. The political influence in the global market is the major obstacle to the civilization of globalization. The optimistic paradigm of globalization has emerged as a pessimistic due to the infringement of human rights as people rule through coercion. The more people are poor, the less they enjoy their economic rights. It is more of a political regime that in the same way, most nations do not enjoy civil and political rights; it's the same in the global market with fake democracy rules. It is indeed detrimental and a disaster for the developing nations.
