Introduction

Some of the few gender issues underlie racism, instructive solidarity, and privileges. However, all gender issues may not be the same for every individual owing to the invisibility of some opportunities and structural inequalities. The darkness informs the existence of the unequal gender issues of some privileges to the advantages in certain areas. Like in the case of racism, white women are more privileges than black women, no wonder they never talk of racism as they are favored than their counterparts. Structural inequalities also inform the existence of unequal gender issues, owing to the Western rationalization. Besides, male dominance also juxtaposes the reality of uneven gender issues following men's perception of gender equality as something detrimental (Kimmel,2015). All those factors, together with reversed discrimination for job qualifications, and men's sensitive entitlements following men's dominance, therefore, underpins the reasons for the existence of unequal gender issues.

Unequal Gender Issues: Privileges and Structural Inequalities

However, gender issues may be suitable for all in the society, stemming from women, children, men, companies and the country at substantial Gender equality, therefore, becomes a win-win for everyone. First, gender equality is fair, right and just as it confers equality for all. Similarly, it is suitable for the countries since countries that are more gender-equal score highest in the scale of happiness (Kimmel,2015). Additionally, gender equality is ideal for companies as more equal gendered companies are better for the workers. That vis in the realms of a happier workforce, lower job turnover, higher levels of retention, more carefree time for recruitment, higher job satisfaction, and higher rates of productivity. The idea of gender equality in companies I depicted as the best evidence to convince others that gender is equally essential.

Male Dominance and Uneven Gender Issues

To men, gender is in their best interest as it enhances their better lives. Empowering women would ensure that men have wives who work outside homes and are committed to their careers just like men. Younger men would need to balance work and family with their partners through dual career and dual couple, and that also informs their involvements as fathers. Psychological data underscores that gender equality is a win-win to men since balancing work and family will enable them to pitch out and help out housework, coupled with care for the children (Kimmel,2015). That subsequently makes the children do better in schools, lower absenteeism rates, higher achievement rates, less likely to be dragonized with ADHT, to see child psychiatrists and to be put on medication.

Family Well-being through Gender Equality

The wives will also be happier and healthier as they will less like to see therapist, diagnosed with depressions, or medication problems. Instead, they would frequent and have marital satisfaction, something that men also want. Men too will be happier and healthier as they will less likely to be depressed, smoke, drink, and frequent therapist, instead, they would go for routine screening and have more sex, an idea that surprised me. Sharing of housework and childcare by men following women's empowerment as career women is a win-win for everyone in the family since it makes b children, wives and men happier and healthier.

Conclusion

Finally, gender is intertwined with the forces of environmental destruction and revitalization through shaping the access to and management of resources. Since time immemorial, women have always been depicted as providers of food, water and energy as men focus on resource-related commercial activities and decision-making. Men and women, therefore, have divergent interests and are affected differently in the access and quality of change in resources (Galliano,2003). Gender also plays critical roles in the efforts of improving the environment through empowering women to play equal parts in the protection and management of the situation in the realms of their knowledge and expertise that is critical for the same.
