It would be better for the systems to stay separate so that the decision on one informs the decision and actions of another.

It is important to have districts' names of the systems to avoid confusion. The names also carry the meaning and the functions of a system. It is very important to have standard names in the company's system that are have been recognized to be caring for a business meaning that is easy to understand. People need to be identified with the software that they are related to, it helps in the ease of carrying out business transactions.
