Introduction
Atlantic Cleaning Services is a company that was founded by Peter Jamgochian in 1989, located at 112 Myer Street in Hackensack, and is dedicated to the cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and draperies (Isotalo, 2012). It also specializes in-floor cleaning like granite, terrazzo, marble, and other concrete floors. It has been realized that most of the company's clients are cleaning services that are subcontracting to the Atlantic Cleaning Services company due to a lack of technical skills to provide such services (Isotalo, 2012). Therefore, the company will be providing complete cleaning services to avoid the presence of subcontractors. It will also offer better costs for its services alongside the excellent services that will be provided. The company will provide general office cleaning and complete janitorial maintenance and provide 24 hours of emergency response (Isotalo, 2012). The company will have an over 9,000 square feet warehouse space, filled with janitorial equipment, trash liners, paper products, and supplies (Isotalo, 2012). However, the company requires a direct distributor and the ability to buy products in bulk through the truckload to enhance our customers' high savings. For the company to provide excellent services, we need to hire the best people. We will need to efficiently screen, test, and monitor our staff. We will also need to positively motivate them by paying higher wages than the local industry level.
Market
Atlantic Cleaning Services will provide commercial and industrial cleaning services to all companies, both large and small, within Hackensack and even in the tri-state area. We will offer full-service cleaning with technical skills to handle all types of cleaning jobs. We aim to provide personal, affordable, and hands-on supervision services at all times. We are aiming to serve companies from 1200 square feet to over a million square feet in size (Isotalo, 2012). As a result of our qualified services, customers may find us attractive and probably desire to try us. If they are satisfied with the quality of our services, they will become repeat customers and, with time, become loyal clients. It is these clients who will recommend Atlantic Cleaning Services to their friends and other companies. As a result, the company's image will be enhanced, and a more significant market share will be maintained. Therefore, like Atlantic, we aim to keep our customers and the buildings we clean as our best advertising sources.
Clients
We will provide our clients with a direct communication line at all times with our supervisors and executive staff, where they will air their feedback regarding our services. Our customers will also be allowed to choose payments either at service delivery or monthly through credit card billing (Isotalo, 2012). Financial statements will be sent to each client at the end of each month, itemizing service charges for services to the client's credit cards for payment.
Financing Needed
Atlantic Cleaning Services seeks grant funding for the amount of $500,000 to expand its business operations, train employees, and upgrade to green technology equipment (Isotalo, 2012). We forecast our sales to increase over the years gradually. Atlantic Cleaning Services projects the achievement of modest net profits in the upcoming years. The company's net profits are expected to grow substantially in the next years if the desired actions' implementation is successful. Additionally, investing in training our employees will pay off later when they gain clients who trust us implicitly.
