Introduction
Feminism has played a global role in upholding the rights of women and ending the injustice treatment of women in society. Feminism tends to be the political or social movement that focuses on women experiences or challenges in the society. The primary target of feminism is to eradicate that challenges of equality in social political and economic opportunities and eliminate the notion that women are inferior in modern society. Feminism played a significant part in ensuring that women have become part of the paid workforce and that the available job opportunities are equally shared between men and women. Despite the success of feminism in promoting women employment and equality in the allocation of opportunities, feminism has created a negative impact on the growth of the current employment culture. The negative impacts act as a huge setback to the well-embraced success of feminism in the current society. This literature is supported by other further literature below that proves the negative side of feminism in the current employment culture.

Bacchus acknowledges the increased cases of discrimination and sexual harassment that are bought about by the introduction of feminism in the current employment culture. The author states that in most cases the women fear to air their rights in the workplace, instead chose to give in to the demands of their superiors to ensure that they keep their jobs, and also earn job promotions. The author states that bad women dressing code bring about most of the harassment cases. Feminism also results in the impact of continued discrimination particularly among the old female and pregnant mothers.

The author agrees that the change brought about by feminism in the workplace has created many difficulties for the women to balance both the work and household responsibilities. Harper acknowledges that this negative impact results to work absenteeism and lateness thus hindering the achievement of the organization's goals.

In this article, the Ghorafiti acknowledges the occurrence of feminism in modern society, which has led to female earning equal status as men in the workplace. The author identifies the various types of feminism earned by the women, for example, the radical feminism that believes sexism is eliminated by gender. Secondly, socialism feminism that helped to eliminate capitalism through the introduction of reforms. Ghorfati also identifies the various impacts brought a bought by feminism in the workplace such as changing the mode of doing work. Most cases, the workers had to carry their office work home for completion. This occurred due to the female worker's inability to balance work and household duties.

She tries to define feminism in various perspectives as per modern society. This helps her point out the specific problems that the female gender is facing and how should be addressed.
