The first day was a bit tricky. I would find myself lost in numerous thoughts. Maybe that is allowed since I was a beginner. There was a lot of interruptions from the noise from the neighborhood. Loneliness and disturbance characterized the whole scenario. It was stressing if I may say.

The second-day experience was better. I had to vacate my usual residence and look for some cool environment. At least I had some piece of mind for substantial meditation. The mind requires some specificity for reasonable meditation. I, however, had some interruption from my phone.

Day three came. I had to leave my phone back at home. This gave me some peace mind. I had no disturbance at although the meditation was not very successful. I was still anxious and did not get into real thoughts. With time, my mentality grew.

The next day I was composed. I sat by the riverside. All I could see are the challenges that I have gone through in life. Meditation gave me a chance to look through my past life. It reached some point and became emotional, and I had to leave for home. Every new day came with a unique experience.

During this day, I decided to close my eyes so that the pictures can run in my head. To some extent, it worked. The closing of the eyes in such a cool environment created some fantastic images of my past and whatever I wanted to achieve. It was, however, a bit boring owing to the magnitude came calling.

Day six, I decided to involve my friends so that they could keep me company. In the initial stages, it worked well. It, however, reached a point, and we found ourselves gazing at one another. Meditation requires a very cool environment. Perhaps, my friends were part of the disturbance.

The next day I decided to do it by myself. I promised myself not to lose focus. Luckily I didn't, and of all those days, these two were my best. I could see ideas articulate through my mind freely. From this day onwards, the difference between me and meditation was darkness.

During my eighth day, not even the noise of the birds could catch my attention. I was lost in thoughts. During this time I found myself meditating about my past relationships. Just wondered all that had forced me into this relationship. This final day looked enjoyable to the extent that I didn't want to miss even a moment.

I was a bit anxious on my second last day. I had several issues running across my mind. Nevertheless, I was never stressed, meditation enabled me to generate solutions for the problems I had. Meditation is, therefore, an important feature in life. By the moment I was done with my ninth day, my confidence levels had risen tremendously.

Eventually, the final day came. If anything, it was the mother of the other days. I was more composed than ever. I could see through situations and come up with a solution. The river environment even appeared cooler than the preceding days. It is the day I realized the true meaning of meditation. The experiences of these ten days have been crucial in my personal development. Even today, if I get some free time, I will still walk to the river for some moment of meditation.
