The hotel covers 125 to 250 square meter hives with free Wi-Fi and a friendly pet accommodation, every room in the hotel has air-conditioned with a flat skin TV and a bathroom fitted with a shower. The hotel has a smart mixing design that is unexpected, Hive unites the current innovation with much historic character, from the location of the hotel its guests can enjoy much of the city and come without with great experience.

Most of the hotel operations are done online. Customers visit the site to check on the status of the rooms they want to apply, the hotel ha customers' agents that help the customers both online and at the hotel. The hotel has several methods of payments to their customers to enable their customers to get their services, some of the methods of payment include: visa card, master card, American Express card, discover card, diner club, and UnionPay credit card.
The hotel has the CCTV that is available both outside the property, and in the common rooms that monitor the security of the hotel, there are security alarms available and smoke alarms that are available in the hotel. Customers can sign up for the hotel's website that will enable them to access the services they want, like booking of the rooms and other available services. There is a 24-hour front desk at the property that is ready to assist at any time.
Cloud Computing
The hotel uses cloud computing services in its method of the method, the banking methods of the hotel is through the online way the customers can pay through using cards like the visa card. The booking is made online before the customers visit the hotel, customers can log in to the website of the hotel and register for personal accounts that enable them to book rooms online which is a service from the cloud computing.
Apps
Currently, the hotel is not having any App for their customers to use, but they are working on coming up with the new App that will ensure that all their customers get their service through their mobile phones at any time and any way around the world. The App will make sure that all their customers can book for their rooms with a lot of ease, through the App the customers will be able to receive the latest updates from the hotel each day about the new services and adjustments of the prices that the hotel might have for their customers.
Check-In and Check-Out Process
The check-in at the hotel is from 15:00 hours, and the checkout is until 11:00 hours, the guest who has booked for their rooms is required to show a photo identification and their credit card during the check-in times. All the guests that are coming to the hotel are all times advised not to leave behind the materials that are used for check-in and checkout in the hotel to avoid inconvenience, the times for checkout and check-in are much important and nobody will be allowed in out after the time has passed. The hotel always encourages its guests to keep time after booking for their rooms or meeting.
Room Entry
When entering the room, the guest will have to produce a photo identity that is provided by the hotel and their credit cards.
The Guest Room
The rooms are air-conditioned with a flat TV screen and a private bathroom with a fitted shower. There are free toiletries and hairdryers to boost your comfort while using the rooms. The rooms have free Wi-Fi, and they can be used by guests who are disabled.
Meeting Space
The hotel has rooms that are only specified for a meeting, the boardrooms have all the equipment that can be used for the meeting like the video conferences, but they do not encourage people to have the meetings in their hotels because of the noise from the bar and buzz rooms.
Payment
The hotel does not accept cash payments, payments are only made through the cards, and all the cards that are accepted are all listed on the hotel website. Payments are done upon booking and are put on hold until the guest reports to the hotel. Cards used by the hotel include visa card, master card, American Express card, discover card, diner club, and UnionPay credit card.
Guest Comments and Feedback
All the customers can give their feedback after visiting the hotel. After checkout from the hotel, every guest is sent for a link to give their honest feedback about the services they received from the property or give their feedback through their registered accounts. Hotel Hive is one of the best hotels for me in the world to work at and am proud of getting the opportunity to work at the hotel and the technology being used at the hotel is the best, and still, they are improving their technology on how they can serve their customers best because they are the priority of the hotel, the technology is, and it will enable the hotel to reach more customers in the next few years to come.
