Purpose
The purpose of the study was to provide answers to the research problem which was why technical writers need to be part of the UX. The technical writing team has proved to be of great significance to the process of user experience. However, there are concerns that most of the UX designers think of the technical writers during the late stages of the production process. This research was conducted to illustrate the significance of tech writers in UX designing process (Allen, and Chudley, 2012).
The study was conducted during weekdays when most people are at their different places of work.
Introduction
Rowland, Goodman, Charlier, Light, and Lui. (2015) explained that technical writing has a vital role in the formation of certain strategies of UX and in product designing. Shneiderman, (2010) discussed that tech writers deeply associate with a range of UX matters to guarantee a successful product development process. However, Redish and Barnum, (2011) explained that most of the teams in the UX sector treat the technical writing members as afterthoughts. The action is feared to be a great mistake as collaboration with the tech writers during the early stages of product designing guarantees early identification of errors and rectification before they become complex. Kujala, Roto, Vaananen-Vainio-Mattila, Karapanos, and Sinnela, (2011). claimed that a strong technical writing team positively affects productivity, inspires teamwork and offer a relevant risk assessment and fixation techniques during product development.
Unger and Chandler, (2012) explained that anything that comprises the interaction of people with a particular substance is observed as part of the UX. Rowland et al., (2015) discuss that most of the things begin with reading and writing. Therefore, reading is seen as a part of the user experience. Thus, Shneiderman, (2010) suggested that the technical communication experts are needed to first illustrate the usability matters in relation to the designed product rather than being incorporated in the plan towards the finishing point of the procedure. Unger and Chandler, (2012) held that involving the tech communicators at the end of the process denies them the opportunity to have a significant influence on the product scheme.

Therefore, Hartson, and Pyla, (2012), recommended that the UX professionals need to work closely with the tech writers from the beginning of the designing process to the end. Rowland et al., (2015) provided a way in which the two teams can work together, that is the tech writers were to be permitted to compose a manual as the first step towards experience designing. The UX associates can then shape up the written guide and answer important queries, like are all the UX issues taken into account.

UX Requires Teamwork

Therefore, the interface is more effective when the technical writers cooperate with the user experience members since there is a quicker understanding of the UX's content. Lauer and Brumberger, (2016) believed that the user experience is acknowledgeable and well-rounded from various sources. However, Kujala, et al., (2011) explained that UX deals with the expectations of the users. Therefore, user experience design requires both great reproductions of established equality and a sound customer interface. Da Silva et al., (2012) explained that forming user experiences depends on teamwork. Thus technical writers and the UX designers need to provide strong and positive corporation amongst themselves so as to develop the intended product.

Buley, (2013) further explained that the movement illustrates that very few designers spend time contemplating on the customers' interactions, contexts, and needs. Therefore, with the tech writers, the problem can be solved and guarantee the restoration of the design's main point which is to permit an individual to accomplish various tasks and present all the relevant information. Kujala, et al., (2011) mentioned that tech communication professionals are vital in the early stages of product design for brainstorming purposes. The tech writers are also significant as they transform complex product design info into an easier language that can be easily understood by the users.
Shneiderman, (2010) explained that the same values are essential for the establishment of a good user experience. Therefore, the technical communicators have similar values that are very significant for the UX designs. Getto and Beecher, (2016) discussed that tech writer's values include logical flow, passion for transparency, consistency, and empathy for the customers. The technical writers also have a great acknowledgment of the user expectations, usability, needs, and task flow. Therefore, Da Silva et al., (2012) explained that in most situations the technical writers need to be placed as the first priority in testing the different prototypes of user experience. The tech writers experiment on the final design version and provide the feedback attained for the improvement of the product. Budwig, Jeong, and Kelkar, (2009) held that the good skills of writing and the shared values of technical communicators offer an added advantage to the designed product. Allen and Chudley, (2012) contributed that most of the user experience designers fail to have strong and effective writing skills, this limits many of the UX designers from becoming more proficient.
