The aspect of unalienable rights refers to those that were given to man by God during the time of creation. They can further be viewed as rights created by God, and thus, the authorities are not supposed to interfere with them or deny people. As such, the rights given by God cannot be abolished as compared to those that are provided by the government. The rights which can be restricted by the government are referred to as privilege and not rights. Our ancestors comprehended the principle, and they created an upheaval by endorsing a government that was required to guard the rights given by God to people. Thus, the function of the government is to protect the rights since, in a perfectly natural state, the unalienable rights are uncertain. A reflection of the enlightenment era "all men are created equal," and we are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights" reveals that there is a due process involved, lawsuits to guard the rights and physical and mental elements to consider as well.
The concept of "unalienable rights" derives a debate on the way they are acknowledged and even prescribed. From time immemorial, there has been the rise of social structures leading to the change of the argument to whether a particular right comes from God is or is only identified by the community. When there is the liberty of religion in a society, then the detailed classification of the range, nature, and restrictions of rights is not decided by those in charge of spirituality. There will be different opinions among people when the unalienable rights transpire from God. It will occur, especially when society has numerous religions.
One of the inalienable rights is the search for happiness. It is a continuous procedure where one has to choose between and is a part of the nature of human beings, which is unchangeable. As such, since the life of man requires them to make selections continuously on what they believe is best for their well-being, then making such a choice is natural. Also, there is a search for reserved and communal happiness as well as ethical goodness. These choices tend to have moral or ethical magnitudes. Thus, people who do not have moral virtue are unlikely to be happy. Besides, most of these selections tend to have societal quantities and, therefore, have a civic aspect when they improve or minimize public happiness. Based on this analysis, the search for happiness should thus refer to reserved and community delight.
Concerning the aspect of equality, it is possible that various people do not critically think about the saying. Also, society has different cultures that do not appear to inspire reflection, especially on equality matters. One may also wonder in what sense men and women are created as equals. People are dissimilar and, as such, cannot be made equal on earth in various elements. One can view the point at which a person is created. When one reflects, they can be shown that the point of creation cannot be when they were born or when they were in the womb. It is because it is known that there are numerous differences among babies before and even after birth. There may be physical and mental blemishes among some babies when they are still in the womb, and this makes them unequal to the other babies without these elements. Therefore, the physical body is not equal for all men and women. It is only when spiritual knowledge is considered that one can comprehend that the creation of men and women is similar.
Thus, the aspect of men and women being created equal is quite debatable when the element of their physique mental capacity considered. However, when the spiritual part is considered, then men and women are similar as they were all created by the same God. Moreover, they were meant to enjoy the things created for free without incurring any charge. However, it is only when here has been the rise of social structures that have led to the limitation of people enjoying certain rights. For instance, currently, justice is quite hard to obtain for free due to the laws that have been enacted. One may require the services of an attorney, which is not free to get justice when they have been, for instance, robbed. Therefore, the alterations in the social structure are what have caused the denial of people enjoying things that were created by God and also led to inequality.
