Nonetheless, overcoming conflict necessitates that all groups comprehend the idea of contention in the work environment. In working environments, characters or perspectives differ, and contentions follow. For the most part, entrepreneurs can deal with these relational clashes with casual intervention or by reassigning faculty to various zones of the business (Dontigney, 2019). There is an outright conflict of views in the first view. Every speaker believes that they are right in their perception. In this case, therefore, it is clear that the first lady feels the pressure that she is subjected to due to the continued lateness by the coworker. It is not the first time that the coworkers are coming late. In this case, therefore, she is pushed to speak it out of frustration of added responsibilities and pressure to deliver in her art as well as the coworkers (Dontigney, 2019). The first instance of conflict appears when the latecomer is not quick to accept her fault instead imagines that her partners must outrightly understand her condition. In such cases of misunderstanding, the work environment is poisoned and there is no accommodation of varying views at all.

As the confrontation ensues, it emerges that the first speaker does not seem ready to take in any more of this case. She promises to take a step that would end her partners stay in the company. She rises to report to who is believed to be the boss in place. The late workers realizing the consequences of her actions seem to be very shocked and surprised at the turn of events. The conflict of views in the first video is apparent due to the lack of communication strategies between coworkers.

In the second video, the video starts with a bit of confrontation between the first speaker and the coworker. The impact of confrontation and conflict in the organization directly impacts on the quality of work produced by the workers (Bacal, 1998). Several considerations must be put into action in dealing with possible conflicts in the workplace. As seen in the second video, the first case is to accept one's mistake and apologize for the same. As the second lady quickly admitted to being late and sought pardon for the same with the conditional promise not to repeat it. The bad aspect of conflict in the workplace s that it spills over to the customers which therefore may doom the entire organization completely. Conversely, it is also possible to ensure that the human resources department creates a ground upon which workers can amicably discuss their issues to avoid confrontation at all (Dontigney, 2019). The second video ends in peace with both workers coming to a mutual understanding that the lateness mistake will be corrected and that that they both will work to help each other to overcome the challenges that make them not deliver according to their requirements.
