Orelu prioritizes the extrapolation of meanings in essential factors in human society. According to the week's reading, racism is one of the key points that stand out as the core themes worthy addressing. Orelu infers how paranormal racism was in the course of pursuing a wide range of goals and dreams (56). Stereotypical treatments in schooling phenomena such as at the Harvard institute lead to a feeling of inferiority among the minorities owing to denial to equitably access the rights and privileges (57). Racisms is extrapolated into the academic and research phenomena owing to a limitation in the number of research works that are directed toward addressing racial disparities. The scenario in the research arena prompted Orelu's literature work (56).

Eurocentrism is also a key point studied. It is built on the notion that extreme beliefs drive most of the time, the majorities of the societies in their superiority to the extent that color doses not only hinder progress and continuity in learning but also make opportunities and chances limited to those that are considered top-performers (Orelu 61). In the education arena, it is clear that the White man's curriculum seems to supersede the other factors that play a role in defining the nature of learning and behaviors are acceptable at the institutional level (Orelu 61).

Multiculturalism is also another element that is describable from the works learned over the week. Multiculturalism is a deterrence to equitable access to opportunities and privileges unless accordingly addressed. It is critical to enhancing global awareness to discern and appreciate other cultural norms and practices that not only apply to specific cultures but also make way for an integrated approach to sustainable development.

Also, a pivotal point to mention is the rise of President Barack Obama in America. He is a representation of the capacities minorities can create and fulfill for the sake of enhancing equitable reasoning and equilibrium system in the United States (Orelu 78). It is clear how the rise of Obama signified the end of racism in America (Orelu 64). Such that, the people, are capable of accepting challenging efforts from the minorities when it comes to fighting for opportunities and chances to provide excellent leadership and compete for the betterment of society. For this reason, there is hope for the end of racism at all global stages.
