Due to complexity and the breadth relating to literature, authors are seen to focus their leadership on only two levels present in the health care organizations. First, literature related to executive leadership was strictly reviewed. At this area, the focus was concerned with the relationship that exists between a chief nurse officer and chief executive officer (Almutairi, McCarthy, & Gardner, 2015). According to my understanding Nursing of Future competencies were selected to effectively enhance better performance of work by nurses.

Conclusion

In conclusion, amongst the ten competencies, two that are of important atomy future nursing practice are; leadership and communication. This is because better leadership skills during practice are required to enhance an easy understanding of the behaviors of other individuals present in the practice. Further, communication is of great importance since the exchange of information is efficiently conducted healthily.
