Introduction

The transition from one phase to another, and in this case, from infantile to maturity, has continuously been acknowledged around the world, and the rituals to mark these events are based on ethnicities. Different societies seek to a bid with different rituals of growth to alienate young males by educating them, and this is done by separating them from the rest of the community for a few days. According to Golding (1980), the separation from the rest of the community is intended to promote self-assurance and instill honesty. In some societies are instances where the male children are sent in the army for approximately one years, and on their return, they think of themselves as men. It is also common that also girls are separated from the community, and during this time, they are mentored on motherhood and womanhood by intelligent elderly ladies. The other inimitable rite of passage to maturity is that the male children undergo various tests that are designed to assess their bravery as well as fortitude.

Pluralism Concept and Assimilation

Pluralism is a situation where a small group of individuals in a community upholds their unique culture and values. And their main objective is that the wider community should acknowledge their unique practices. However, these values following the legislation of that broader community. In other words, pluralism is an instance where society tolerates or accepts the continued existence of minor cultures. Assimilation occurs where a dominant group absorbs an ethnic group with different traditions and customs. It can also refer to when a diverse group from different communities come together to form one dominant group.

Attachment Styles

The attachment styles impact the method people use to choose partners as well as the growth of the partnership or relations. Attachment designs assist us in understanding our fortes and weakness with regard. There exist four attachment styles in adulthood which include:

Secure

The attached persons perceive their association to be helpful. Hence, they feel comfortable with one another. They have no fear ion their partners having relationships with others since there us a special love bond between them and a sense of independence.

Anxious

A person with apprehensive attachment often needs that their partner is emotionally allied and is very irritated, in the instance that they are not on the correspondent level of relationship with their partners and always respond from their attachment figure. These kinds of individuals are highly emotional.

Dismissive

These are the kind of attachment partners that permit their partners to be close with others, however, with no emotional relations. These kinds of persons are good at hiding their true feelings and emotions and are often not ready to face rejection; hence they distance themselves from their partners.

Fearful

These are the kind of individuals that fear getting into relationships due to their past experiences of trauma, for instance, sexual assault or breakups. These kinds of persons have no clear feelings about emotional relations, and often their opinions about relationships are undesirable; hence they cannot wholly let themselves trust.

Therefore, for a long and lasting relationship, I believe that a secure kind of attachment is most suitable. This is because there are whole trust and unconventionality amid the attached partners or individuals. The partners are comfortable being apart, or in instances when they are interacting with other people, they do not feel uncomfortable.

The Forms of Attractions

Attraction, according to Homan (1958), is an intense sensation that a person has towards another individual resulting in friendship or, in other cases, romantic relations. There are numerous forms of attractions that exist which comprise of;

The physical attraction refers to the first impression formed at the sight of a specific individual, their appearance, for instance, the general body type if the person is handsome or beautiful. In most cases, this kind of attachment can cause arousal when they walk by.

The sexual attraction is the appeal with a motive to fulfilling one's sexual urges or desires and, in other words, wanting to be with a person intimately and not having an emotional connection.

The emotional attraction refers to when an individual has a deep affection for another individual and their perception of that person's total change. Individuals that are emotionally attracted always have the best interest of the other person at heart. They would want to know how they are doing when they are not together.

Aesthetic attraction refers to appreciating a person's overall physical appearance body-wise in that they look familiar to a painting or portrait that you viewed before, and it is in no way sexual or emotional attraction.

The type of desirability that is healthy, and that can lead to a long-lasting relation, is when two individuals are engrossed to each other emotionally. This is because they are concerned about the wellbeing of each other in addition to having the best interest of one another at heart.
