It is the most significant political community action committee working to change the democratic party of the Nation. Its mission is building and empowering a broad coalition of organizers to elect the New American majority who will fight populism in the states. The purpose of democracy for the America group is to provide political campaign training, organizing resources such as money for campaign, and media exposure so that members can support potential candidates during elections (Holyoke, 2018). It empowers its members to take meaningful and progressive political action at the local level to the national level. It drives the conservation on issues by putting pressure on politicians and media to address the Nation's income inequality crisis in political debate.
Yvette Simpson is the current chief executive officer of the Democracy for America. She is a lawyer and served in the democracy for America as a federal electoral manager in 2018. She graduated with Business Administration in political science, a bachelor's science in communication, and a master's in business administration from Xavier University. She volunteered and supported state and local campaigns. She has served on several boards and committees, such as an urban league. In 2017, she ran for mayor and earned full support from democracy for America members across the country (Holyoke, 2018). She was elected as chief executive officer for Democracy for America in January 2020

The goals are best for the United States because they empower politicians to become an advocate of progressive policies in the states. They enable the politician to address the gap in income inequalities and respond to injustices well (Holyoke, 2018). The democracy for American emphasizes more on supporting emerging politicians in the field of politics by guiding them appropriately.
The democracy for America achieves its goals by organizing training conference events, and lobby legislators. It raises and spends money on supporting running member of the group during electoral campaigns. The members have contributed $63 million to elect progressive candidates (Holyoke, 2018). The training conferences provide skills tools to become an efficient activist in politics. It is people-power progressive taking income equality, money in politics, and structural racism. It has managed to resolve the conflicts on racism in the states of America.
Democracy for America has been effective in achieving its goals. Its members have both at the national and state level participates in training programs events, which are intended to instruct potential candidates on running a health and successful political campaign. In 2008 during the election of Minnesota senate, it partnered with the progressive change committees to donate money to make the norm go away (Hershey, 2017. The campaign has contributed millions of money, which helps potential candidates run effective campaigns and win. The members of the interest group have donated $63 million to elect new candidates (Hershey, 2017).
