Introduction
Today's job market is ever changing with every rising day. The job idea that I would present to the office of the president are such as data mining and keyboard technology. Traditionally, companies would take potential candidates or other individuals looking for jobs and information regarding their employers. Today, people have been accessing employer's data such that there is an array of flowing data such that they are even drowning. Therefore there is an opening in a personal SEO strategy that will ensure that it includes the right terminologies that rhyme well with the industry; thus, companies offering jobs will be found easily. The career landscape is changing and involves the growing gig economy that is an increase in contract jobs in nature. The creative individuals that are working in the freelancing jobs and others that hold the full-time positions at companies are making the opportunities work (Zaman, 2017).
The careers such as project management and programming have been impacted by the trend since their jobs last for a while or limited duration. A rise in jobs of nature will be an opportunity for others in enjoying the flexibility. Others will see the same opportunity as anxiety-inducing since there is lack of security for their future. Therefore, the government should create careers that cater to such dynamics (Zaman, 2017).
As an ADNOC executive, the paradigm shifts that the team should be looking for is to find out what alternative the clients are using. A decrease in oil consumption does not mean that the customers have stopped using oil rather they are opting for an alternative of oil. There are a lot of options that can be used instead of oil. The company should not be limited to producing oil and its products only.
A good way to overcome the creative blocks for my team and me is to work in groups. Make sure that we are traveling in countries where the oil prices are also low such as the United States. How have the companies managed to change over time since their fuel prices went down? The team should be trained in some ways such as the building of body parts since there will be a cutoff of the workforce.
The Emirati government can create a new creative proposal for the citizens that will overcome their creative blocks. Getting rid of the creative blocks is easy since one would go out-door and clear the air. Changing the environment in which one works will create new ideas for the specific people since if they are working at home, they are distracted by the TV, family, and friends. The finding of an environment where there it is less noisy and quiet such as the library can increase the flow of ideas.
Taking trips will star up ideas for the youths, for instance, if youths can be involved in educative trips in countries that give industrial foods they can be motivated. The future of careers is looking at creativity in the agricultural sector. The youths should make sure that they are embracing the idea of "genetically modified" foods which is a good job market as well as getting rid of their creative blocks. Researching either on the internet or books will get rid of creative blocks since one would get a new idea that they can develop.
