Philosophical positions are usually brief or broad speaking of some statements, whether they are true or false. In some contexts like mathematics, the term is always preserved for specific fundamental questions where some true values have not is determined in any chosen framework. For progress to be made, one needs to make decisions on which aspect to follow. Some of the philosophical positions include ethical theory and metaatheory. Also, the ethical theory will position the purpose of some moral statements and nature. It involves systemizing and recommending some concepts concerning right and wrong behavior. Ethics and aesthetics matter the value, and they constitute a philosophical branch called axiology. The primary study areas in this position are normative ethics and deployed ethics. A metatheory is a philosophical position that positions the formation of theorems and their contents like the incompleteness theorem. It subjects matters to itself. It is a mathematical theory explaining the details of another mathematical theory. Metatheory is not implemented directly in practice, but some of its applications are in field study. Some of the philosophical concepts include aesthetics and epistemology. Philosophical ideas are essential as they help us improve our communication skills and persuading powers.

The philosophical positions have both strengths and weaknesses, whereby they are analyzed critically. One of the strengths is that they provide effective assumption techniques that help in studying philosophy and some phenomena that experience offer some insights on how things are usually done as they are predicated on how they will be. Most of the experimental philosophy positions are diverse since some consultations have to be made based on the area of application. Instead of relying on the intuitions of the philosopher about the stories made, there is consultation made from many reactions made by people of different ethnicities and cultural backgrounds found in the philosophical departments. The second strength of philosophical positions or theories is that they summarize the results of numerous research studies and integrate many principles of learning. They help so by performing the analysis of the concepts discussed in them and explaining them in a more straightforward manner that can be read quickly and documented. There is a provision of a wide range of data that describes the theories and offers the evidence required. Using the information, they can also emerge and develop others for easement and firmness of the natural philosophy.

However, the philosophical positions have some limitations. One of them is that one gets to indulge in too many imaginations and creative thoughts where sometimes things are not met with great appreciation for average minds. Some criticism is channeled to the theories as they explain the concepts to be portrayed. In studying the theories, not all evidence is offered to explain the concepts thoroughly. Psychologists and philosophers have to be trained critically to get a deep comprehension of the theory. Some of the techniques like deceptions are used as time measures the aspect of thought. The second limitation is that some of them have rare expectations as the methods used to develop the theories in cognition and social development. There is a deep engagement of the brain in understanding the positions and then applying. There is a need to get some insights like using critical thinking. The third limitation is that they have divorced daily experiences. Here, there is an indulgent in attempting to outwit based on more and complex arguments on the positions which will move away from the subject of discussion as there will be little understanding in reality. The reasoning behind the theories cannot prove everything and can easily lead to relativism and misunderstanding of the concept portrayed.

The selected philosophical problem to be tackled will concern the environment. The environment faces theoretical problems in justification. Moral positions of philosophy do not provide the underpinning on the policy objectives that will lead to speculating the claims from the environmentalists, and a view of reassessment is needed. The preservation of the endangered species will pose a problem when the value of the species is known. I have a thought that some natural objects will have to resource us and take the fact on what we are supposed is supposed to be done. Some of the potential issues have to be addressed, and they include the supply of food, medicinal and their applications, and recreational purposes.

The response from the philosophical issue above is that there was a risk of losing the endangered species which have great value in the society and community. The answer is valuable such that some mechanisms are deployed to help in protecting them for longer life and existence. The potential issues that arise from stressing the indigenous may put the society into a big problem where it will be exposed to some loss of dignity when the species are extinct. The willingness to sponsor the issue to be critically solved will help in ensuring that society is protected and free from destruction. The problem in environmentalism from ideas of species in the ecosystem will be preserved for some reasons for their known value and used for human consumption. The assumptions made include all other factors will hinder the affection in the extinction of the plant species, deployment, and usage of natural species. The assumptions help in getting a better understanding of the problem to be adequately addressed.

Philosophical positions and theories are significant in ensuring that certain concepts are shown and appropriately illustrated for a better understanding. They will help in proving some concepts whereby they are viewed as essential in every study and research conducted. In the example above, the responses obtained from the idea illustrated are crucial and help in getting the protection of the theories.
