In Sigmund Freud's article, The Uncanny addresses uncanny to most of the people as the relation to the things which are unfamiliar and the unknown. The word unheimlich therefore means uncanny in English (Field et al. 35). This evokes dread and fear. In Germany, it is considered to be the opposite of Heimlich, which means something which is not familiar or strange. We are, however, convinced that uncanny is frightening since it is customary and known. Naturally, some things are new in us, and therefore not everything new is frightening more the relationship cannot be inverted.

The story, which is directed by Thomas ford called a single man, is associated with Freud's uncanny theory. George Falconer, who is the main character, is a middle-aged man who is an English professor in a college in Los ageless. His partner, who has been with him for a very long time, Jim dies in a road accident. George, however, lay alongside, and he was kissing on his lips, and then what followed was his awakening in moments of his nightmare. George, however, still wears his suits of armor that enhances him to the world of 1960 in accepting him. Today is that not typical day as it used to be for George. He, therefore, goes to educate, and all are on the constant threat of the missile from the Cuban expectancy and crisis on the worlds coming to an end was in the air. One of the students who George teaches called Kenny goes after him after the class as he was pushed by one of George's speeches on the war of controlling us. Kenny, however, buys a sharper for a pencil for George after finishing the talk, and Kenny offers to get George a drink sometime that George was happy to say another time.

George, however, gets ammunition rounds for use inxc his pistol so that he can use it later in the day. He, therefore, goes to his house and arranges all types of data and suits, and documents that he wanted it buried with when he dies and leaves a small note for the people. He, however, decided where he was going to be buried. He is, however, going by his wishes, and conclusions he finally makes, be determined that he was going to do it, and the position was in his selling bag on his bed Charley makes a call, having a good dinner plan, and George did keep them.

He, however, meets her, and they start to take the drinks up to when Charley informs him of his relationship that they had with Jim. This was a replacement for the surety thing, and he could not have acquired it with her. George did reject this, they started to argue, and they eventually came to an understanding and made-up. He decides to leave, and in his house, he is very ready to take his life by himself, and after a recall of meeting Jim and it does return to the same bar where his student Kenny walked unexpectedly. They kept sharing some scotch, after which Kenny inquired for the beach to swim. George, therefore, gives permission, and Kenny had to help him arrive home, as he helped him bandage the head.

Kenny, however, tries to come into George, in which George does not entertain. But, they decided to spend a night drinking beer and talking before they went to sleep. George becomes awake, and therefore knows that he lives. He then takes a good look at Kenny as he heads to the bed where he gets a heart attack.

It is therefore left for the individual viewer to have the decision on the depth of the truthiness. I, however, have two speculations on this context in mind. George tells Kenny on the essentiality of the moments they have been in those times that he was connected with other people, and he even remembers the events of his day and that the recall gives him something, acceptance, and pleasure been illustrated. We can, however, have to forget that the character Isherwood and his character participated in a spiritual search, which was but more than the identification that ordinary life contains its value.

Based on the interview in connection with the context, Tom Ford said that the little thing is essential. It is the kind of thought that looks like an admired thing that comes from a costly man, and he is associated with high life, but it won't do it. If ordinary life were sufficient, there would be no need for art or even social activism, among other essential things. Isherwood, however, thought that there was something beyond ordinary life, and the film does not remind us that it does not suggest that it might be.

Their death, however, unites Jim and George. However, all united by the end if not in death. The question associated with this will always be, is there more than just life after death, and does the entity have a reason beyond what the experience gives or is living the primary purpose the one that we get it? However, we have a teaching from psychoanalysis, which taught us that this terrifying thing is merely a variant of the other, which was initially not frightening. Still, it relied on some of the lust. This, however, is the fantasy of living in the womb.

Conclusion

Let us, therefore, add a general nature which is already contained and strictly spoken on what has been said about animism and the supernatural workings of the mental apparatus. Still, sometimes it seems to call for the particular emphasis. This is, however, the fact that an incredible results offer comes into existence when the boundary between the fantasy and reality is linked together when they are faced with the absolute truth of something that we gave until now, which is imaginarily considered.
