I believe that by coming up with a favorable rental reduction for both parties will significantly help the tenants to continue living in the apartment and also meet their rent obligations. The pandemic has affected every individual, and I believe that your organization would, therefore, be in a position to understand that its tenants require assistance. Based on research conducted around the city, it has been established that various real estate companies across New York have been providing their tenants with rental incentives (Lindner, 2020). This has been essential in helping the tenants maintain a balance in their finances during these tough economic times.

In light of this, I would like to request that the management provides the tenants in unit 248 with one month free in their two-year lease agreement. This will help the tenants to put their finances in order which will also reduce the likely vacation from the premises if this request is not met.
