Logos

The speaker uses Logos, ethos, and also pathos in the speech to deliver the message. The logos are used while she talks of a population of 14%, including teenagers involved in road accidents. From the speech, you can imagine the kind of danger that lies ahead if no action is taken against the teenagers, and they are over speeding.
