Introduction

In 2010, T-mobiles, which deals with manufacturing, selling of phones, and network n models provision, faced a decline in profit margins as compared to the previous year. The loss was due to their poor management practices, including poor technological advancements; they did not migrate to the manufacturing of 4G network abled mobiles and instead marketed the old versions of 2G and 3G network services (Catacchio, 2010). Following these failures, the company faced a poor sales result due to the increased competition by other companies, including A& T mobiles, who had dramatically progressed in terms of machinery.

T- mobiles had a lot of financial deficits, which caused a size in their performance. Most customers want modernized services and products, and therefore the company experienced a diversion of customers to other service providers due to their poor customer relations; their workers had poor performances due to reluctant payments and lack of welfare services. Sale persons resigned and joined other mobile services. The quitting is a puncture in the company's activeness, and therefore the stakeholders have no option but to merge with A&T mobiles (Catacchio, 2010). However, through project management plans, the company will rise. My mandate in the company will regain its functional structure in the market and necessitate more development for better stability and sustainability.

Project Scopes

In creating a project plan for Mobiles Company, it will be necessary to use top-down methods or both. By this, I will necessitate the company's leaders to draft a goal-oriented program for the company. The technique is possible through gathering objectives and ideas from employees, middle management, and systems. Competition issue- the company's plans and goals will be based on the way to improve in the market. Information towards gaining this will have to be collected. Under my plans, various approaches to attaining the best data for the market review will be used (Eastwood, 2019). First will be the identification of causatives to the problem at hand. Potential links to the issues will be necessary for saving time and funds. Problem analysis is critical at this scope level and which will help me in subsequent decision making. The next step will be observations; here, crucial questions will be on pose; what does A& T do better than T- mobile company? What are the customer's preferences that are not met by the mobile products and services offered?

After the creation of objectives, T- mobile will undergo a process of financing and objective analysis. These real opportunities are on evaluation in terms of funds allocation, workforce recruitment, and analysis of capital flow. T-Mobile, at this point, will source funding (Eastwood, 2019). The deliverables will be specific in that the target mobile customer identification is at these points. T -mobiles will make realistic and achievable deliverables that are direct to the example of the primary goal. T-Mobile's will have a financial statement derivable projected from the experience of the problem- recovery of losses at a given period. The obtainable will be measurable in that the range between input and expected output will be clearly defined.

Third, in the company's project scope is the project description. The plan will be done using a brainstorming session whereby there is mention of the flow of the project's activities. Incorporated in the report will be based on how the goals will be attained. First, T mobiles will explain the strategies of resource achievements and utilization; here, the budget will be brought forth for analysis and corrections made (State, nd). This budget will include product making costs, transportation, incentive costs, advertisement, and sales management costs. The number of employees required will be evaluated, and tasks defined for every sector of the rejuvenation of the T-Mobile market project. Mapping of the target groups will be essential in this level, and answers for some questions set such questions will be; which brand of T mobiles product is most likely to cover the loss encountered? Which brand is preferred by previous customers? How will introducing the 4G network regain the company's status in the industry? After such an evaluation, now the stakeholder's ideologies will be involved and used to modify these strategies according to stakeholders' resource capabilities.

The fourth step of project management scope is then used. Technical requirements will consider the performance of the previous professional workers will be maintained, in case of others being lazy or unskilled will be either trained or fired. The employment of new workers will be essential. Professionalism will be determined- T-Mobile's is a digitally evolving company and, therefore, technological inputs (State, nd). Here the best pieces of machinery will be installed through benchmarking from successful companies like A & T. the reliability of the project resources is identified too. The creation of software in the scope of marketing, globalization, and advertisement is a technical consideration that I will put into accounts for the company's technological effect (State, nd). The channels of communication will be improvised into fitting the orientation that meets the client's platform of assessment.

The limits and exclusions level of the cope will be in use to reshuffle the unnecessary structures, expenditures, and programs that are of less importance in the company's upkeep. The realistic nature of T-Mobile's project plan needs maintenance- expectations analyzed beside the budget. If any item is too apparent to achievement, fewer efforts will be made on them else; if some things are inviable to the project, they will be excluded. Exclusions at T-Mobile's Company may include some of the machinery causing issues in the mobile making before the fall (T-Mobile, 2011). More so, the standard 3g network is on elimination as a significant function by the company and enrollment of a 4G network. Assumptions in the recovery of the marketing strategies by the company will be that the customer's range is not deviating from data prediction. Besides, the competition will be fair in the market after introducing the 4G updates. Resolutions by the company are assumed to be on the success track, and management failures will not be experienced along with the engagement.

In the renovation of services and product scope, under my project plan, the last strategic level will be collecting customers' reactions. The program will involve the price evaluation, questionnaires, and interviews that will occur out in various social media platforms and considerations on majority responses. The responses will be useful in the determination of rectification on services. Giving gifts to the customers will aid in the rating of products and surveys. Follow-up emails concerning the services rendered in the industry will determine the essential services that T-Mobile Company should provide (T-Mobile, 2011). Customers' views on the competitor's weaknesses will apply in the determination of market gaps approaches. Thanking every review customer will necessitate other customers participating in responses.

Additionally, the answers are used to convince others in the same market as a form of advertisement- the customer's response has more trustworthy in the determination of brands. In case of failure, the mobile company will have to be merged with another mobile company, the loss of capital and stock will arise. Close of T-Mobile will mean a significant deviation in the competitive industry (Armstrong, 2018). Customers will experience a severe change that will include the pricing inflation and inferior quality products
