The best strategy that project managers can use to collect and report data is a well-managed scope that is a key element for successful projects (Hassan, 2013). They are required to gather and distribute information on the activities they perform as well as the processes used. The project directors can make efficient decisions and solve different problems which help to pave the way for the next steps of data management projects.

The project manager can use team meetings which help to gather and manage information about the project's status with the team (Waldof, 2015). This strategy helps in receiving up-to-date information about the progress on the assignment of each member of the team (Aziz, 2014). The project executives can also use special discussions in ways such as interrogating and face to face meetings as they are effective in doing the project to be more productive and sustainable.

The information management process can also be conducted using special discussions that help to create effective communications amongst the participants of the project (Linman, 2012). The advantage of using interviews and face to face meetings is that the managers can use remote software communication tools that help them to reach the remote members of the team in different outsourced projects (Alie, 2015).

My strategy does not change if the Project Management Office administers this initiative. This is because this strategy of gathering information is the best way to gather information and create sustainable projects byways of collection and dissemination of important information to all participants in the project including the team leaders, stakeholders and executives. It is also the best strategy to aid the team in analyzing the project's purpose, issues of design, constraints of technology and media, the environment for development and audience.
