Since my high school years, I always aspired to impact not only the school but also the local and global communities. Throughout high school, I have participated in different organizations and events. I have also coordinated debate clubs and the school student council. After graduation, the effects of climate change concerned me. I started participating as a volunteer in eco-festivals and events such as Soznanie Fest, Eco weekends and Runabout Future teaching my friends and relatives of eco-friendly habits. I have a keen interest in the ever-growing technology. Therefore, I believe that through the use of research power, I can deliver essential information for the growth of society.
We are living in an urban-global age, whereby approximately 55% of the world populace lives in urban regions today. The rapid unplanned town growth has created many challenges. I believe every human being can rise above all challenging situations. Hence, I hope through pursuing a career in either business or computer science will help me make a significant impact on university society and in the world. For instance, a business program will help me develop communication skills, which, as a result, will help me present different ideas. Also, this program will help me launch my entrepreneurial skills and create many employment opportunities.
On the other hand, a computer science and engineering program will help me develop creativity as well as critical thinking skills. Since I was young, I have always been intrigued and interested in computers. I want to leverage my love for technology to make the world a better place. I understand that through a degree in computer science engineering, I can quickly get into direct applications that address community issues such as climate change, unemployment, and poverty. The advancing technology is changing ways of doing things. For instance, today, once the government identifies a problem, it assigns teams to create solutions that are later distributed nationally through computer experts and other technical specialists.
Besides, after attaining this degree, I intend to create a way for a more reasonable world by helping level the playing field in terms of inexpensive solutions. I understand that to improve people's lives, I will need to accelerate healthcare progress. Thus, I intend to use my skills to improve healthcare systems. Trinity College provides Community Learning Research Fellows to work on creative projects. I wish to participate in ecological projects to challenge my learning and perspective by taking on research. I also hope to study abroad for a semester in Barcelona not only to study Spanish but also to gain a greater understanding of the world.
I hope to join Trinity College to either undertake business or computer science engineering program. I know after going through the program I will impact people's lives in both local and global communities. Some of the areas I intend to concentrate on are ecological whereby I will teach other people ways that will improve our environments. Also, I want to improve healthcare systems to provide better, accessible and affordable care to everyone. Every person wants to leave a legacy as a way of fulfilling life purpose. Therefore, I believe my mission is to encourage community members and students to lead a better life of reaching new heights. I aspire to use my education to make the world a better place.
