Customer relationship software systems are utilized by business entities to increase the productivity of the sales department and offer a reliable strategy for increasing sales. The information gathered depending on the business market, enables the company to improve marketing strategies and sales forecast (Selk, Kloeckner, & Albani, 2005). Moreover, CRM systems are integrated with other software’s which are accessible via the mobile devices hence allowing employees to access customer information and feedback. The automation of customer communication through online platforms helps in increasing employee productivity while at the same time satisfying the consumer utility.
On the other hand, supply chain management systems are integrated to all business departments such as, sale, finance, marketing and manufacturing to ensure a smooth running of the supply chain process form acquiring raw material, supplying, packaging and distribution of products to the customers. Businesses integrated supply chain systems with e-commerce software as aware of securing customer delivers since they can use an online platform to order and track deliveries (Selk, et al. 2005).Lastly, most businesses use advanced technologies to enable e-collaboration, which creates effective communication between employees who are working on a similar project. Networking technologies which comprise of online platforms such as Facebook, telegram and Skype among platforms helps the business in understanding the market and connecting with customers. Therefore, it is evident that CRM, SCM and e-collaboration system are useful in improving quality, productivity and communication within an organization to achieve the organization objectives which reflect on profit maximization.
