The way mental and emotional status impact on an individual's bodily health is determined by the prior medical analysis and how such findings relate to the current physical health of the person. Intoxicated emotional and mental life is very harmful to human health status. Various researches on matters about emotional and mental health have been done over and over with people trying to relate the symptoms from earlier days and the current timing. It's a notable idea to see people ignoring such findings and medical recommendations by falling in the trap of the said symptoms. One can learn today, and tomorrow becomes a victim of the same problem, emotion, and mental disparity. Mental and emotional impacts can be positive or detrimental to the host, depending on how it is expressed.
One of the significant elements of emotion that associates it with physical health malfunction is how an individual regulates his emotions. If one has a challenge in controlling and managing his mental and emotional disparity, he is likely to be subjected to various health problems such as abnormal sleep, malnutrition, resistance to medical prescription, among others. Such people fail to follow the medical order directed to them by the physicians and end up into isolations of their own, which is very harmful to their health (Patel & Patel, 2019).
One of the most significant mental and emotional determinants is stress. Stress is a challenge that results from high heartbeat, blood pressure, and sweat, all triggered by the adrenaline hormone. This mental disorder also reduces bloodstream in the body through the stomach. Such biological alterations are adopted by the body leading to weakened physical structure (Edmonds et al., 2013). The most affected people are the ones found in a busy set up (like an office or large gathering) with no or limited free time to clear their heads. Lack of enough time to clear off denies the body to use its biochemical orientations to heal, making the body weak and tiresome and overall diverse damage to the body. Symptoms of stress to humans include improper food digestion, headaches, nausea, and perspiration problems.
Another emotional sideliner is depression and its forms of expression. This kind of emotional challenge affects humans from different perspectives. Some face a severe depression while others are termed as mild ones. The administration of antidepressant medicines can reduce it. Although such medication advances have been made, some individuals resist using it, considering their side effect that seems like outweighing the positive side (Edmonds et al., 2013). Alternatively, one should engage more often in physical activities other than the administration of antagonizing medications.
The mood is a sensible and significant part of the functionalism of the body. Mood affects an individual's way of interacting with others at various meeting points. This kind of emotional disturbance is generated by a lack of healthy psychological formation where the affected seem to have an isolated mindset of not sharing any related problems with others (Salovey et al., 200). Social interaction and support are some of the crucial factors that define the wellbeing of an individual. When one proves isolate to society, the person might face specific emotion and mental dissatisfaction. Many have lost their life due to a lack of emotional support.

In conclusion, mental and emotional factors affect negatives on human physical health. The regulation of one's emotion can equally lead to the distortion of his physical health status. Mood impacts the way one interacts with others, as people with a limited interactive session to the social humanity tends to suffer most. Depression is also another challenge that affects the human psychological system. It is considered the fatal mental problems that affect the society of today. Stress affects the brain cells and body immune system hence creating disorders such as headaches and the likes. Generally, psychological therapy is very crucial to everyone suffering from any emotional or mental problems.
