The efforts of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) are focused on the smuggling of international narcotics and also works to shut down operations in the states. The goal of the Drug Enforcement Administration is to enforce laws and regulations on controlled substances and also reduce the supply of and demand for such substances.
