The child pays more attention to her parents in terms of how to behave as well as the kind of career to choose, also family members and the people around plays a role on the girl's behavior and choice of career but who impacts more? Children tend to grasp a lot on how the mother and father strive with their job and this in many cases forms the blueprint in which the boy child or girl child will focus his or her career life (Plato 1). Also, parents in most instances work tirelessly by ensuring that she motivates the girl child at a teenage stage on what kind of career to chase and how the adolescent girl should carry herself in the contemporary society. Since the teenager boy or girl will be observing how the father and mother are toiling to work on their career. The boy child, in many instances, focuses on what the father does, and the daughter tends to focus on the occupation of the mother. The daughter will be influenced in a way that she will admire the kind of work the mother is doing for a very long time. This is simply because practical issues are easy to memorize especially those that are concerned with real-life situations (Cistulli, Mark, & Snyder 81).

Also, the peers to the mother may play a significant role if they introduce the child to career counseling and nurturing. Since the male is quite calm and discloses little compare to the female, the boy child may gain little from the dad while the girl child will derive much of the influence from the mother. This paper argues that the daughter is more likely to choose the career of her mother if any. On the other side of the coin, there are little chances for the boy child to take the same profession with their father. Teenage daughters should emulate most of the positive behavior from the mother that will impact positively to their future career even though there will be some negative behaviors that the mother to the teenage daughter. Besides the best thing is that the children should follow the positive behavior from both the father and the mother be it a boy or a child. However, there are other issues that may affect how individuals grow in terms of career as influenced by a number of topics such as exposure to a wide range of information, individual capabilities, personal goals, and talent and peer pressure from friends as well as relatives (Febriani, Rhami, Zadria & Gusri 1).

The central concept is career and behavior development of a child; it is self-evident that children admire career that they assume that will lead to high income and better living, but the family setting plays a central role in enhancing this. For instance, some children are brought up in single families where either the father or the mother is the only one to direct and motivate the child towards choosing a career and how to develop that particular career. In instances where the father is the parent in a single-family, the girl child will find it hard to express most of her feelings and expectation to the father because women life disclosing most of the information concerning them to other women or rather the mother (Plato 1). On the other hand, if the family has the mother as the single parent, the girl child will be able to express herself fully, which will help her develop her career. In the same case, the boy child will not be much gain much from both sides be it the mother or the father is a single parent. However, the mother plays the role of a manager in ensuring that the child is growing in healthy and wealthy not only in terms of physical appearance but also in terms of career be it in education or co-curriculum activities (Febriani, Rhami, Zadria & Gusri 1). Often, it is established that girls who are in high school and at the same time their mothers are working, there are more chances that they will do the kind of work their mother is doing or any related task as soon as they finish school. This is because have that image in mind which may seem to be an illusion at the time they will be in school but actualize it as school as the get out of the chains in the name of school where they acquire knowledge and skills concerning the kind of career they took in school (Jafee, 22).

Conversely, it is approximated that such girls may start working at their late twenties will high energy that has been motivated by how the mothers have taken care of them and how they have impacted on their lives. On the other hand, the mothers who fail to motivate their daughters have very little to do with changing on the career of their daughters. Also, the mother plays an integral role in stimulating the boy child that the father because women spend most of their time with their kids as compared to the male parents (Gupta, Madhu, & MS Dimple Methane 1).

Conversely, the family as a whole as a role in ensuring that in one way or another, it impacts the behavior and career development of the child. In a family where both parents are alive, the child may tend to balance the side in which he or she will derive the motivation on what career to choose, but both sides of the family should put heads together in ensuring that the child has accessed to the right and quality information as well as counseling before taking a specific career that will influence his or her future life. Additionally, there are families where one parent is active that another. In this scenario, the busy parent puts more efforts in terms of encouraging and influencing their child on the career selection. The important thing is ensuring the child live in a healthy environment and interact with people that will motivate him or her on the career. This is because the context in which a parent exposes the child is very vital in determining the type of job in which the child will take. Children who are exposed to a particular career tend to grow with that career in mind. For instance, a child grows in an environment where most of the people are lawyers would like to take law as a career. On the other hand, children who are not exposed to any profession at childhood will develop little in terms of career (Owens, Laurence, Philip, & Rosalyn 1).

Besides, there are those children who do not have parents to help them choose or undertake a particular career. This is quite problematic because the first person to guide a child towards approaching a specific issue in life. However, such kind of children is helped by relatives who care for them or well-wishers. The encounter hard moment because most of the people who take care of them do not put much of their efforts in ensuring that such kids realize their dream in terms of career choices (Walton 388). There are only a small number of individuals who works tirelessly in ensuring that such child gets to realize their career hence enlightening them by availing them to platforms that help them develop their career leave alone giving the guidance and counseling on what could be best for them. This requires a person who owns the soul virtue that is implanted in real life situation and can act rationally for the collective good of the contemporary society (Lincoln 1).

Conclusion

Making a career choice is very vital in a child's life across the globe. However, the nightmare is enabling the child to realize the right career that will influence life positively with a long term achievement that will yield a positive result. In almost every family the mother is said to have a significant role in realizing the career of a child compared to the father because the mother spends most of her time with the kids up to the time that the mature. However, the father plays a significant role in molding the career of the child. However, the girl child is mostly affected by career choice mainly that resulting from the mother. Single parents also try as much as possible to ensure that the child has realized his or her future career as well as those guardians who take care of the orphans.
