In the above article, the big idea I have got is the development of team and system ideas. The team has to understand the big picture that is developed to acquire the skills of the team ship. The team may move beyond the development of obstacles that may arise. Right decision making that results in positive outcomes may be witnessed. The team can also organize a retreat where they get to discuss the burning issues arising from the company. Through this, there can be an expansion of specialized skills meant that there is a team approach. The development of the culture to say yes leads people to take heroic efforts to accomplish the workload given. The team may also build on one another's ideas and collaborate on different projects that they do. Leaders or managers can help the teams define goals to clarify decision-making and award the team that achieved their intended objective.

What I have learnt in this article is the development of an action plan that can help one to accomplish the set objectives. These actions include responsibilities, measurements, dates, and also, budgets may be necessary. For instance, talking about time, there is a need to meet full-time. This may be necessary when the organization must hastily make a verdict or immediately develops strategies for an issue or crisis. The advantage of full-time action learning groups is that the members are less likely to be disturbed by other job responsibilities. It allows a member to collect information and apply strategies amid conferences. Most organizations have goals to achieve; for example, individuals' competencies may push one to be a better listener, tolerate vagueness and handle conflict. In leadership competencies, the leader may increase the sense of teamwork.

The big idea I have gathered from the above article is the need to embrace the team dynamic will encourage fewer conflicts and more success within an organization. Proper decision-making is offered hence help the group to grow economically. Right choices are given out that helps the team to develop positively. For a successful team dynamic, an effective project manager needed who will help the team to define the nature of a team through smart staffing, positive guidance and fair dispute resolution. Good communication skills are also effective for an organization to get positive outcomes. The project leader must give guidelines and direction clearly to ensure the team understands its duty, and the team must feel contented communicating problems and explorations to each other and the manager. Motivation is also essential since motivated workers are happy to contribute. The Stimulus can be applied by using incentives to motivate one's team to work together well.
