Introduction
There are different impacts of drug abuse on a Man's reproductive system. Drug abuse is known to be causing damage to the entire human body cells. While continuously using the drug, there are sever effect the medicine will cause to the life of an individual from one perspective to another. For instance, long term drug abuse may result in infertility and cause hormonal problems to an individual. It also can cause difficulty in having children later in an individual's life. In this paper, drug abuse's impact on the male reproductive system will be analyzed effectively.
Drug abuse interferes with the average performance of the body's ability properly in males. For instance, heroin usage is known to suppress the immune system in males leading to a more comfortable contraction of sexually transmitted diseases (Bunney & Bunney,2013). Contracting STDs can have a significant impact on the reproductive health system in an individual. There is also a high risk of erectile dysfunction that is caused by heroin and drug abuse. A man's testes may shrink and affects the production of sperms. Drug abuse also affects the hormonal level, such as testosterone and estrogen, causing fertility problems (Bunney & Bunney,2013). An increase in the level of estrogen can cause men to experience enlarged weight and breast gain. Cocaine abuse also affects the decrease of sperm count and later causes long-term motility rate. The decline in sperm count will affect the reproductive system in male reproduction.

The amount of Sleep an individual receives determines a significant role in the health, emotion, and life of an individual at large. Our society is currently deprived by sleep implications that have a practical impact on individuals' living standards from one perspective to another. There is a massive concern of an individual to receive a sufficient sleeping time and duration for adequate health.
Sleep deprivation causes brain drains that affect mental abilities affecting the physical health of the performance of an individual. Lack of sleep will affect the concentration of an individual and learning new things he has learned. In some instances, sleep deprivation affects the mental abilities and emotional state, affecting the decision-making process and creativity of an individual (La Vignera et al 2013). The sleep deprivation also causes hallucination that affects hearing and thinking of a person. People with bipolar also will trigger mania from individuals with mood and bipolar disorder challenges.
There are psychological risks that are affected by sleep deprivation in an individual; they include impulsive behavior, anxiety, depression and paranoia, and suicidal thoughts (La Vignera et al 2013). Sleep deprivation also hinders the production of the immune system in the body in building body protection structure. Lack of sufficient sleep will affect an individual's immune system fighting mechanism on infections causing diseases. Sleep deprivation also can result in respiratory challenges such as common cold and flu. After a person has taken food, his body releases less insulin, a factor that is caused by a lack of insufficient sleeping time (La Vignera et al 2013). Sleep deprivation also lowers body tolerance for the glucose level in the body, producing insulin resistance.
