Having the objective of improving outcomes of the patients, the DNP show some level of advancement of systems thinking and clinical judgment level (Lucci, 2019). This essential translated in my current workplace. I would do comprehensive assessments of the needs, mentor other employees on how the work is done, and offer guidance to the clients on the transitions that the company may be undergoing, for instance, using soft copies during applications, unlike applying paperwork.
