Indeed, the information I got from the source is of great use to me; categorically, the book describes ways in which one can cope with new changes which in most cases occur within an organization. Such changes in most cases come abruptly, and some employees usually are shocked by such changes. All these have both positive and negative impacts depending on the employee level of preparedness and understanding of such transitions.

Another valuable lesson drawn from the book is that apart from the clarification of one's dream, the critical step in career transition is characterizing the skills of the client.
For this reason, I learned that in the job market, there are three types of skill characterization, namely the specific skills, functional and finally the personal types of skills. The information is also of importance since it explains in detail why changing of career dream seen simply yet it is one of the most strenuous exercise ever. According to the writer, he says that many people think that changing of career is such a cheap thing. He is very quick to put clear that this is an area which one must be careful before acting.
