Sexuality is often a difficult topic for people to talk openly about. Is it important to talk more openly about it?
It has become increasingly difficult to ignore speaking openly about sexuality due to the pervasiveness of the topic in our lives. this is a topic of significant interest as reflected in the digital space, mainstream entertainment, television advertisements, and films. Without speaking to their children about sexuality, for instance, parents leave them at the mercy of such sources where miseducation is rife. Keeping silent about the subject is ignoring its importance in society.
Do you think movies, TV, Music, and advertising affects the decisions young people make about whether and when to become sexually active?
The media, through movies, TV, music, and advertising often presents content in sexually-provocative way. Movies and TV shows often glorify sex and intimacy and present the first medium through which young people learn about sex. The media, therefore, enhances their likelihood to engage in sexual activities.

What's more important to a relationship: common values or common interests?
Values are stronger and more profound than interests. When there are different values, two people are unlikely to be together. Interests are things like hobbies, love of specific activities, and it is expected that they vary from one person to another.
Would you rather have 10 years of a wonderful relationship or 30 in an average relationship?
I believe relationships should be fulfilling and not struggling; hence, I would prefer to be in 10 years of wonderful relationship as compared to 30 in average relationship. The 30 years will not make me happy. If the ten years will be the source of happiness after which we part, I will be glad to, rather than struggling for the more extended period.
Do you think parenting is more difficult today than in the past?
I believe parenting is more difficult today than in the past. Parenting in today's society with massive exposure to media presents many avenues through which kids learn about things. With technology, it is often rational to find that children are miles ahead about what they know about issues, as compared to what parents assume their children know. These complexities make parenting in modern times hectic.
Do you think that there is enough accurate coverage of sexual abuse in the media?
There is no adequate and accurate coverage of sexual abuse in the media. Many teens and young people do not know how to go about sexual abuse, and most of them tend to shy off. Less education and awareness about sexual abuse leave many young people vulnerable to their victims.
