For several times now, I have witnessed Chick-Fil-A participate in various philanthropic activities within Atlanta. I have watched it stimulate the local economy by creating jobs for people in the area and even leading stewardship programs that aim to better the community around. As well, Chick-Fil-A became famous as one of the few corporations that set Sunday aside as the day for rests. This attracted my attention, and I began researching more about the company. I have been following their activities closely through their website and blog.

I learnt more about a Chick-Fil-A online. This extends to the current opportunity that I am seeking to secure. How did I arrive at this? At my present workstation, where I do a lot of research on the competition in the market and use the information I gather to develop a business prospectus and market strategies, I happened to be researching more about the uniqueness of Chick-Fil-A restaurants when I learnt of the opportunity.

Many of my peers have praised Chick-Fil-A for its unique culture. Their discussions also motivated me to research more about this company. As a company that has been operational for 70 years, many have fascinating stories about it being a successful family business that now serves a variety of people. The company refreshes its strategies by creating new ways to help guests with the freshest food possible while reducing waste as effectively as possible.

For its customers, I got fascinated at the way they give parents options before they finally settle on what to buy. As I visited one of their stores recently, I got an offer of a fruit cup and grilled entree. This is a motivation for a customer and indeed an excellent service. Many customers in Georgia have expressed their satisfaction with the organic food and soda-free options that they offer. The restaurants are also sensitive to the environment thus invests a lot in recycling.

I would love to be part of this. I want to work in the company as a Chick-Fil-A Franchised Operator. I have a high interest in researching what other companies do and using the knowledge to create new ways of serving customers.

In working as, a Chick-Fil-A Franchised Operator, I have several accomplishments that I believe are necessary for my consideration. First, I have a track record of leadership. Recently, I just got promoted to be a Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty Landmark II, from the position of Director of Agent Service. I am happy that not once have I grown ranks to leadership positions in nearly every area of business, career and personal life. The situation at hand requires excellent leadership skills, and with my accomplishments, I believe I am relevant and meaningful.

Other accomplishments that could be important and useful is that I have strong communication skills. I naturally connect with others, which is the best requirement for a restaurant business. I am good at pointing my energy and passion to something. Running a restaurant has always been my dream, and therefore this would work well for me.

I am good at influencing others; a virtue I have used successfully to affect customers to invest our company when they need to venture in real estate business. I have successfully used the same to recruit many agents to my current workstation Keller Williams and other previous stations. Thus, such accomplishments will enable me to have a strong position, especially where I need to lead and influence others.

In conclusion, I have possessed the quality of being a natural leader. I embrace success through bottom-up leadership and team building. I love a strong track record of relationships and view learning as the foundation of every action plan. With basic knowledge in financial reporting, I can use all these to help make the right decisions and achieve the set goals.

Why are you interested in owning and operating a franchised restaurant business?

I have always been striving to get myself out of any form of economic crisis. Thus, one way to achieve it by starting my own business. Franchising can quickly get me to the point I want in life.

Secondly, Chick-Fil-A has a suitable method of doing business and thus produces desirable results. Franchising with them would give me a great deal of information so that I can investigate and verify every result I obtain before making any final decision. As well, Chick-Fil-A is a strong brand that easily gives one advantage of franchising. The company builds a brand on a regional and national basis thus having value in the eyes of every customer they serve.

Another reason is that Chick-Fil-A can assist me in marketing. This will provide me with the required tools and strategies for attracting and retaining customers. The staff at every of the company will help me come up with marketing plans inclusive of budgets for the opening and continuity of the business. This will market the business effectively.

I am motivated towards this because when I buy a franchise, I buy a system with all the methods of doing business. The Chick-Fil-A already has an established system that I must follow to distribute their products and services. Therefore, my work will not be characterised by guesswork and errors like any other ordinary businessman. I will be able to gather franchising leadership and support.

Buying and operating within an established franchise system means that your business will have a corporate image and brand awareness to the best level possible. Thus, customers will be more comfortable purchasing items with knowledge and trust. According to the customer, a franchisor's brand is just the real company's reputation. The customers should remain satisfied at all times and get a delivery of what they have been promised all the time.

Lastly, lenders are very comfortable when they finance the purchase of a franchise. Successful franchise chains have lower risks of defaulting loans. Any person running a franchise business will have the privilege to get special discounts.

Please share your short-term and long-term personal and business goals

Currently, I work as a Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty Landmark II. However, I would like to be a Team Leader in a different setting from real estate. One of my short-term goals is to break into the hotel and hospitality industry. I want to go into business as a Chick-Fil-A Franchise Operator. This will help me enhance my skills as a team leader.

Secondly, I would like to learn new skills. First, it has always been my prayer that whenever I work or serve people, I should be part of my customers' lives and the entire community. Thus, I would like to help them and understand their needs and desires, so that I can prepare to satisfy them at the time they are in need. While doing this, I aspire to grow in my career gain a managerial position. Being at the administrative position will enable me to lead my team adequately towards the desired goals.

Also, I would like to gather experience in leadership and team building. For example, I would like to mobilise the staff who will be working under me towards synergy. I would like to see each person contribute towards achieving a friendly and delicious food for the customers. For me to gain a lot in leadership and team building, I will study different ways of manufacturing or even hire a manufacturing principle used in other industries to better the quality to be produced for customers. This will help reduce food shortage and food waste. As a business person with tenured leadership, I purpose to add a person for serving others so that I can win over their unwavering support in growing the brand name of my franchised business.
